Early lines have this at 8 to 9 points with the Raptors as favorites.  If this is the case, I will most likely be taking the Nets.  They are playing very well lately and there is just no way Toronto should be favored by that much.

I would buy at least 1 point and take the Nets +10 here.  There have been a couple of games where the nets were dogs by 10 or more and didn't cover, but, it was earlier in the year to teams like Boston and Phoenix and the Nets are playing much better now.  I just think 9 or more is too much for the Raps to cover.

No fucking way.  The Nets gettting almost five 12-footers at Toronto ... donesn't make any sense.  Yes, the Nets are playing good ball lately, but more importantly, the Raptors are CHOKERS at home.  I know that the Nets played tonight and follow-up the next night, but I don't see J Kidd, Vince, and RJ letting that happen tonight.  They want this, but Vegas thinks otherwise, or wants their clients to think otherwise ... what gives?
 
How many MICS do we rip on the daily?!?!

NO!  YOU CAN'T!  And if you can, you will disuade me from this game!  That score is the ONLY REASON that this is so high!  I don't Dick Van Dyke my entourage ...

I dont know people ? The Nets are a up and down team ... they tend to let go after the half - away and at home ... yes there playing good ball but that doesnt mean nothing ... the Nets are just a bum team when it comes to the 3rd and 4th quarter ...
UP and DOWN team any day they play ... that said there going to be a Down team when they play Toronto at home  . lmao

Kidd is definitely going to try for that tripple double tonight...almost had it last night and this is going to be a hot topic at the all star break with Kenny, Charles, Walton, Smith and all those other guys having to fill three days of air time with something.  Kidd hitting that mark on the last game before the break will be big news and he wants to PARLAY that into a trade.

Does anyone know the status on Jason Kidd being traded to Dallas?  He is reportedly on his way to Dallas right now in trade for Stackhouse and Harris along with 3 million to the Nets.

The Nets agree to trade All-Star point guard Jason Kidd and Malik Allen to the Mavericks for Devin Harris, Jerry Stackhouse, Devean George, DeSagana Diop, two first-round picks and 3 million.

You can smell the desperation in Dallas.

Due to the trade of Jason Kidd, this game will be a no play for me tonight.  Even though a certain somebody saw this trade coming about a week ago when New Jersey crushed Dallas (me)...it sucks that it comes on a game night.  Too difficult to tell whether New Jersey will be pumped up about getting WAY more than what Kidd was worth, or disappointed that their leader for 10 or so years is on the way out.  I love this trade mainly because it makes the path to the finals that much easier for my Celtics!!  I hope the Pistons trade some players to the West as well.  BOL to all of you who choose to wager on this one, either way I think it's going to be 50-50
