Favor the under 186,5. Atlanta has been terrible historically when playing in Chicago. Hawks have lost six straight at the United Center (in Chicago) - dating back to their 2011 east semifinals series- averaging 75.2 points there.
Atlanta is playing on 2 days rest. Chicago is playing on 1 day rest.
The Hawks are playing there 1st of a b2b tonight.

I assume the under 186.5 will go down a bit.

Bulls -4.5?? too bad Bulls are now at -2 (from my perspective). Tried to get the total at 187 or 187.5 but settled with 186.5

Really like Chicago too. Taj is playing well and he wants to become more of the focus offensively. His and Noah's style compliment each other well. I expect a strong performance from Chicago bigs and Augustine to continue playing well.
CHI -1.5

Six straight unders between these two (inc. 9 of last 10 for an avg. total points of 167.11) means this one going only one way, under...

It's about the pay out my friend. More points = More $$$. Bulls -4.5 +130. I try this sometimes when I like a match up. Usually it works out, but not always. In this case all but 1 of the Bulls wins have been by more than 4. All but 1 of their recent wins have been by more than 4. The draw back is that the Hawks don't lose many by more than 4 so that half point might kill me.   You are right though I would've been better to wait for the line move but I expected it to go the other way.

I also buy the points on the o/u sometimes, and looked at this game but I liked the Bulls spread better. No real great reason why I made that choice though but I'm too conservative to try 2 long shots at once so it was one wager or the other. Looks like I picked the better of the 2 at least because the o/u moved to 188. Anyway thought maybe I should explain my earlier post so you know I wasn't posting bad information. BOLTA

Any guesses about why the total went up to 188?
