Seems everyone in NY has crowned the Nets the next NBA champs over the Knicks. Nets just got the Celtic transfers to Booklyn thinking that they will do better than they did last year with the Celtics. WRONG.....no Rondo playing for the Nets so I'll bet the money line and the Cavs to win outright.

I'm a KNICKS fan by the way but didn't see any bench play for the CAVS while watching them in person when they played the bobcats and it was clear that if uncle drew doesn't score 25 plus points they don't have other consistent scores waiters is still streaky. No outside shooters and the Nets will pack the lane. Have to go with the old guys on this one being it's the 1st game of the season.

I believe the Cavs will take some time to gel...just like the Nets.  BUT the Nets have a lot of vets so taking them ML in a parlay.

My cowardly parlay.. (bought a lot of points)

Nets ML, Wizards +7, Warriors ML, Raptors ML.

400 to win 850.   BOL.

Still not understanding why we are crowning the nets a dominant source.  The nets were expected to compete in the ECF last year and greatly underachieved.

Nets are playing w/o their head coach.  Older vets always need a weeks to really get into full game shape.

Young team with with a lot prove, due to expectations, nice offseason moves, and a new coach.  Cleveland is a very underestimated tough place to play.  This crowd expects great things this year and the Q will be rockin way before tip off.  Brown's defensive schemes match up very well with Nets dribble and create offense.

I expect a close one, but the team with the best player on the court, Kyrie Irving, rides the crowd all night and use their finisher to end this end.

Cavs ML +135.  Wont be many more times this season getting this much value on the moneyline for a Cavs home game.
