As a Saints fan that has watched two SF QB's have great success on our mediocre defense in the last year, or so, I can honestly say that this should be a pick em game.  I see both teams score 24+ and will be hitting the over rather large.

Quad, I know you don't want to overthink this one. But what you're doing here is underthinking instead.

This is a no play. Too many people are going to be on the Saints. San Fran got beat up by Carolina last week. I expect a shady game here by NO.

Stay away from this one everyone.

Previous to last week, SF has played cupcakes. The last three good teams they played, they lost to. Add to that is the fact the Saints are 5-0 ATS, and I'm all on board with the Saints.

Don't expect the 49ers to travel cross country and get a win against a very good team in a very difficult stadium to play as a visitor.

The Niners have scored a grand total of 19 pts in their 3 losses. They just can't match up against the Saints power offense..

I concur. If there were ever a team that were built to matchup w the Saints....its the 49ers. They're built a lot like the Jets...strong defense and a solid offensive line that can pound the ball. They actually went into the Superdome around this time last season and won 31-21 as a 1 point fav. However, there were on the fortunate end of 2 very rare Drew Brees pick sixes. I don't see that happening this time around.

This Saints team is looking much better than last years team on both sides of the ball. And there's 3 teams that I hate to bet against at home, irrespective of the point spread....thats the Seahawks, Broncos, and Saints.

So no play for me either.

everyone is saying the same thing the saints are hot they are unbeatable at home sf cant score kaep has been terrible blah blah blah. I think we all know what happens when everyone is picking the same team to win and just discount a team as good as sf. I love when people are so shortsighted and just go by what they remember last and that was sf losing at home off a bye and scoring 9 points. You had the saints putting up huge numbers on dallas and just beating them down at home so how can they be stopped right? I seem to remember just a couple of weeks ago after the seattle loss and the indy game "kaepernick has clearly regressed" sf is obviously not the same team" Going into the rams game nobody was even confident we could beat them and i remember thinking to myself how could they have fallen off that fast it just doesnt make sense. So the niners go on to dominate 5 games in a row and lose the last game and at 6-3 you would think they were 1-8 the way people are talking about how they have no chance in this game. I have a great feeling that kaepernick goes nuts in this game and once again just like the last 2 times they played each other sf wins the game. 31-27 oh and after that watch "sf is back into super bowl contention that was a great win beating new orleans at home.

Yup Sammy, I remember last year. I think the we will see a similiar result again this year. I said no play at first, but I have to strap on the iron balls and go with San Francisco in this one. I just have a really good feeling SF will not drop 2 in a row here and NO is due for that rare home loss. This is the week I think we will see it.

Cross Country ?   I'm no geography major, but my goodness, cross country ?  It's a three and a half hour flight !

Exactly…  Saints set NFL records last week beating the Cowboys like they stole something…  Last week San Francisco could only manage nine points at home and the media (Trent Dilfer and the rest of his colleagues that came running to his defense) all say CK’s magic is gone and the 9’ers are coming apart at the seams!  Saints have their HC back and when paired with Drew Brees they are unbeatable at home...  YET the line is only three (3)…  COME ON MAN!

This is a classic case of the Wise Men in Vegas using the media to manipulate public perception!  San Francisco still has all the key components in place, excluding Delanie Walker, which took this franchise to the Super Bowl last year which just happens to have been played in the venue they are playing in today.  In addition, Jim Harbaugh is 2 – 0 against Sean Payton/New Orleans.

With that said, put me down for San Francisco plus a field goal and a hook for three (3) C-Notes please.  Thanks!

49rs will be focused today. The running game seems to be the only thing working offensively right now but, the big bad D is still there nonetheless. 49rs need to get Manningham more involved and maybe, just maybe,Crabtree will go today. I know he doesnt have regular offensive targets like he did last yr but, u still have a D to keep u  in the dam games.

49rs are 21/2 games back of Seahwks in the divsion, and i dont think the Hawks will lose today @ home to the lowly Vikings.

gimme the 49rs for the W on this any given Sunday

3 is a Push!

You got to score touchdowns to win on the road in the NFL Coach Harbaugh!  At any rate, nice job Under backers!

9’ers (3.5)
