Philadelphia +112 money line verses the Rodgerless Packers. Nick Foles has thrown 13 TD's and 0 interceptions. He has lead Philadelphia to 3 wins and 1 loss in his 4 starts. He has been very good in three starts and lousy in his fourth. Green Bay has Seneca Wallace starting and he has to be better than he was against Chicago with a week of practice with the first string. Green Bay looks screwed until Rodgers comes back, Philadelphia looks like they have found the right QB for the Chip Kelly run offense. Taking Philly +112 ml. You can take them at +1 point spread if you want.

next man up..cant forget when we went to new england and covered double digits in 2010 with matt flynn, the prior week he looked worse than wallace in relief.pack didnt score td in detroit. big mac has always been regarded as one of the better qb coaches in lge. foles hit lightning in a bottle last sun..hayden was a reach at cb u think? par for the course with raiders. i expect a desperate inspired packers team to gut out a win. What a great spot for pack we lose are franchise qb while foles punches his ticket in record book. typical overreaction in betting market

respectfully disagree babygus, here is why.

1)Green Bay is still favored. That is not in my opinion an over reaction in betting market.
2) Foles going nuts in one game isn't what I looked at. Playing very well and leading his team to victory 3 out of the last 4 games, that to me is worth noting and betting on.
3) For every replacement level QB that plays like Flynn did there are 5 who play like Seneca Wallace did. I bet percentages and the percentages say the replacement level QB put on the field by Green Bay is going to be lousy, QB coaches can't work miracles.
4) I am a believer that Chip Kelly the Philadelphia coach can direct an NFL team to put up really good scoring numbers IF he has the personal to do it. Can the Packers with Rodgers keep up? yes. With this new guy Seneca Wallace? Probably not.

At just one point, this is a tease game for me. Yes, Foles is slingin' it around, but who has he really played a full game against? The Giants, Bucs, and the Raiders? Child, please.
You want a good example of how I think this game will play out? Take the Bengals a few weeks ago. They destroy the Jets 49-9, and then lose to the Dolphins in O.T. I think this same thing could happen here, even with Rodgers out. Now, do they win by a FG, or lose by a FG? Don't know, don't care.....
Good Luck All!

Hard to imagine GB losing at home back to back....

I also imagine Rodgers getting the D pumped up to make up for him being out....... Rodgers is worth 7-10 pts, even with him out, this line should be GB -2.5

The lost of Rodgers and its impact on the offense needs not be talked about....the impact it has on the defense is the question,

Whether Matthews, Perry or whoever else worth mentioning is able to play, the only chance they have is to keep the score low so the weakened offense via the pass doesn't become the made focus to win the game. They need to keep it within striking distance for the use of the run to make possible a pass strike to a Nelson, Boykin or Jones easier and for hopefully a TD or a setup to obtain one. These chances may not come often but when they do,it must be successful.....GB-20-17

This game scares me, the Pack are done without Rogers.  Battle of the backups.
Yet Im still thinking Packers will find some way to cover.

come on man. The Pack is not JUST Aaron Rodgers. they are a team! Seneca Wallace can do the job , he's not a rookie . They still have Lacy to power run the ball. They got Jordy Nelson , they got Jarret Boykin too , they got James Jones they got Starks. I wont deny the Eagles looked impressive last week, but the pack have a better D then Raiders

Pack -1 (in a close one)

Seneca Wallace with a chance to practice all week with the first unit will score the ball against a suspect Eagles defense, however Chip Kelly is an offensive genius and I’ve been saying for the last four (4) weeks to release #7 as that offense is much better with Foles under center.  Unless that crooked axx Rodgers finds the miracle salve to rub on that “broken” collar bone and suits up, my dollars say no way Wallace can beat the Law Firm of Kelly & Foles period.

With that said, put me down for Philadelphia minus the chalk AND Over the Total for a Nickel apiece please.  Thanks!
