You never can be too sure with these Thursday games. All I know is that the team with a bird on their helmet is going to win.

The one rule that I stick with is to never back a team that got swept in the previous meeting.  Especially when it was a 58-0 sweep.  Doesn't matter if they are a different team, they are still the underdog.  I'm seeing Hawks has better offense and better defense and that's good enough for me.  Cards will not be able to run the ball so Hawks' secondary is all needed.  But to be safe, I will do a 6pt tease with Falcons.  Falcons will destroy the Bucs this week.  Playing the birds this week

6pt tease
Hawks ML
Falcons -1

Seattle hasn't done anything to prove they can cover a spread like this on the road, and on a short week. Russell Wilson has done nothing to wow me all year with the exception of the Jacksonville game, but c'mon that was Jacksonville.

Arizona is a good scrappy defense. They won both games SU as underdogs. Carson Palmer may not be an elite QB anymore, but he's still better than the Skelton/Kolb combo that beat Seattle last year.

The books want you to remember the 58-0 game, but you should expect something more like the 20-16 game.

The last time these teams played the score was 58-0 for the Seahawks. Sure that was at home -- but 90% the same players playing in that game. I don't care if they are playing this game on the moon I wouldn't bet against the Seahawks here.

And by the way...They don't need to play on the moon they are playing in Arizona where the Cardinals beat them last year before getting killed later in the year in Seattle, so I'm not getting your logic...

It's should be a low scoring game.  Both team take their time to snap the ball.  AZ take up 7 minutes off the clock to kick a FG or punt.  Lynch will get shut down and so will Russell.

 Bettin' The Bruised
" There's no way a guy ( Team) can practice after a game like that"
                    Coach Arians.

Fresh off  close but no cigar loss to Frisco , Road weary Cards in real tuff spot having played  4 out of 6 on road vs quality opponents n' facing formidable SHawks  D who will pierce thru Zona's soft white underbelly O line n'  K O immobile  Palmer.
Stanton, Red Skelton, Lindley, Jake the Snake to the rescue ?

Cards  63 % Pass attack , Cards can't run,Palmer can't run
Can throw INTS ( 9 of  11 INTS in last 4 games)
vs
SHawks  D @ NFL Top 2 / INTS
Cards to score + 10 pts ? ? ?
Cards D can NOT cover Offense's inability + mistakes
31 SackMeister Calais  questionable with bruised Spine
OUCH !
WR Fitzy = Pulled Hammy

Forget about last year's 58 Pts .SHawks are Nowhere near last year's High level scores.
It's ALL run first ,pass later via 2 headed  Russellynch Dragon attack.
SHawks will grind n' chew clock down forcing Zona into mistakes.

SHawks 5 - 1 ATS past 6 on Road
Cards 0 - 7 SU Divisional games
OVER hits 7 out of 9 SHawks Road games
ZZZZZ
Cards improved D - Red Zone issues on Both sides n' who knows...
SHawks 3 hr plane ride...lol

I will gladly take arizona +6.5....short week...home team 4-0 SU and ATS in the last 4 games played in this series ..if you think for any reason the cards forgot what happened last time they saw russel wilson you've been drinking...face the facts....the new car smell has worn off..Teams now have game tape to watch and can prepare for Russell Wilson....Quietly Arizona boasts one of the better defenses in the league...This game will be decided by 3 points....Dogs have bitten pretty hard on Thursday nights.....I'm riding the A-Train...toot toot

That's the past, if anything the more games they covered in a row previously more likely they are to lose ATS in future games. Trust me, I've made plenty betting the Hawks, but that doesn't mean I'm going to bet them blindly every week as that's not a winning formula. Watch the rest of the year, they will likely not win more than 50% ATS rest of the year
