There is simply no logical reason to believe ,in a game that amounts to almost a pick'em, that the Titan's could possibly muster any sort of confidence as a win.  Sometimes, the public is right. Sorry, Quad-I don't see it! In fact, collectively over the last 8 years, Tennessee has barely covered near 20 % against AFC West teams. It's not going to happen against a vastly improved team, especially one that is buying into Andy Reid's schematics.

KANSAS CITY - 1 (Prime Play!)

As always, good luck Vue!!!!

Quad love enthusiasm as much as I love to hate against titans. Unfortunately when they picked locker they picked the Greg Oden of qbs. Ya boy has serious injury problem history and winners in nfl play no matter what. Fitzy has int issues. It will lead to two chiefs def tds. Hate hate. Chiefs for the large!!! Plus titans ain't beat nobody!!!

Id rather pick KC and take my chances with the better team than take TEN and get pissed off if they get blown out LoL which is likely to happen. I trust Alex Smitty ovr Ryan Fitz anyday.

the line is low low low for locker being out, which is scary as a chiefs backer because they seem to be begging you to take the chiefs. i feel like it would be roughly the same line with locker playing so for whatever reason the oddsmakers don't see much value in locker. i do see value because he manages the game well and doesn't turn the ball over. K.C. isn't an explosive team, they manage the game and eliminate turnovers as well. So when you throw a gunslinger like ryan fitzpatrick into the mix against a team who thrives on getting turnovers and making you sustain long drives to attain pts against them... that does not bode well for the titans in my opinion. will stick with the chiefs here and probably play the under as well.

I agree with Quad here. I don't know if it will be the Chiefs, Saints, or Seahawks. But I can guarantee you atleast one of those 4-0 teams that are only laying 1 or 2 points on the road is going down this week.

Which books are only laying a point for KC? Mine is a -3 which I think is still a solid bet but just curious, or has the line changed.

I played KC -2.5 early this week with about 60% public on KC. Now with locker out and almost half of the world backing KC, I'm scared this line isnt moving. Looks like the typical trapgame. I hope this line goes up till sunday so that i can hedge my inital play with Titans +3.5.

Logical play here seems KC. But after some research, two facts that could favour TEN:
1) KC-D is bad against the run (over 5 yards per carry, more than 6 on the road). Locker is injured, but with a run-first gameplan, Fitzpatrick should be able to make some good throws out of play-action. He is one of the better backup QBs and this strong WR-group will help him out of trouble.
2) KC plays 3 conescutive home games after this trip to TEN. maybe a letdown spot here because some players get a holiday-like feeling - but i dont know :)

Even with early money on KC, i think i put some money on the titans to get out of this.

I agree with the point that a 4-0 team goes down and I'll stay with Sea losing to IND for reasons I posted at that game.

If B. Flowers plays on Sunday for the Chiefs even at 75% health, I will bet the house on the Chiefs.  The front 4 is solid and D. Bowe said something earlier in the week that got me thinking.  This team is like family, you don't hear that too often in the league.  For a team that was 2-14 a year ago and win 2 road games and remain healthy.  Something special is going on in KC.  I've been to all of their home games and I see first hand how good this team is.  Andy Reid will be the Coach of the Year hands down, and I'm going to ride this wave until it crash.

You guys are drunk....these 2 teams are carbon copies of one another...they both have qbs that arent really given the opportunity to be stupid with the ball...titans boast the better run defense...chiefs are 4-0 however they beat hapless jaguars team and 3 terrible nfc east teams..titans at least beat a quality team (SD) and pushed the texans to the Brink..bottom line there will be a lot of run plays called from both sides...Titans flying under the radar and are clearly being over looked by EVERYONE....Titans win this straight up....

with no Jake Locker in the game . R Fitzpatrick get on a roll AND THEN  throws a Harvard Interception in a game changer.

KC scores and wins by 4. Reid laughs like Santa and San Fran tries to remember why they got rid of Alex Smith ?

KC -1

Sign me up Quad!  Chiefs 4 – 0, Jake Locker is out and the Wise Men in Vegas are gifting the world a 2.5 point line…  Come on now…

Not enough value on the ML (+115) to turn down the points in my humble opinion…  With that said, I’ll take the Harvard graduate that was not so long ago thought of well enough by an NFL franchise to be awarded a six (6) year $59M contract plus just south of a field goal at the house for three (3) C-Notes please.  Thanks!
