Sorry W8Lifter - but I'll put this in some vernacular that you would understand - - quoting Clubber Lang from "Rocky III"

Houston's The PAPER CHAMPION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Baltimore in an ugly, dirty, mean, low-scoring "battle" in the pick 'em.....

Just the mere fact that the Ravens are an underdog in this spot is all I need to know! Super Bowl Champs?

HOUSTON  - 2.5 (Prime Play!)

Houston won the first two games on the last play of the game. Can they sustain that kind of "luck" in a hostile Baltimore stadium? I'm no sure. I'll pass on this one.

I'll back the Texans this week despite Schaub's backside All-Pro Tackle being out this game and the Texans corners allowing every QB to rack up MVP-like numbers.

I agree Mak104, I am staying away this week also. They are making for good over numbers though. It's raining in Baltimore right now though, so I am staying away also.

But.......GO TEXANS (That's my team)

Houston will cover this week. Surprise of the week. The Mirage has the Ravens pegged at -2.5.  Houston wins outright and gains some credibility and legitimacy.

Hou's yards per point allowed over two weeks has been the worst in the NFL.  I like Balt in this spot.  They travel for the next two games, this is a huge home game for them, as their next home game after two weeks on the road is GB at home and then Cincy at home, two games they could easily lose.  Hou is 0-2 ATS as fav this season. Balt is also 15-6 ATS in Sep games past 5yrs.
