The way SD scored vs a VERY good Houston Defense. The way the Eagles play a very fast pace offense. This will be the Eagles first game at home. How in the world can you not pick the OVER in this game. Unless the O/U is some crazy. Give me the OVER and I dont even know what the O/U line is yet.

If Chip Kelly expects to take this team all the way into the playoffs, maybe he shouldn't whip his team like a rented donkey..... Chargers +9.5?? Judging by Monday night's performance, I'm figuring this Philly team is gassed already.............

Bolts + the TD plus the FG chalk - - I'll take it......

What are we talking about here??????????

Philadelphia - 23                              San Diego - 13

Eagles -9.5                                      under 54

That win in DC carries over into another win at home. Andy Reid returns to The City of Brotherly Love next week. That's when the crap hits the fan.

Eagles - Under

I do not trust San Diego Chargers, do not trust the style of play of his quarterback Philip Rivers but for reasons inclinare betting my selection to San Diego Chargers.
The opening line in Philadelphia home is -6.5, line current -9.5. That opens below 7 points? ...

SAN DIEGO 27 - 34 PHILADELPHIA

A lot of people surprised the way Philly came out, including Philly!
Watch out for the let down, don't be surprised to see a whole different team this week. jmo

Phil 37 San Diego 17. Vick is healthy and loves the Oregon System given him and the  new fast tempo game plan will last at least 4 weeks.

The chargers are playing on even less rest than the Eagles, flying 5 hours across the country playing a game which is essentially at 10 am for them against a team that is ready to sprint for 60 minutes if necessary. I really see a lot of value in taking the eagles here. I do not see the eagles turning over the ball early, and even if San Diego is able to keep close with the eagles through the first half, all of the aforementioned will set in the longer the game goes and the eagles will pull away. Eagles win 44-27.

Vick threw less than 5 passes in the whole second half, on purpose OBV to keep him away from injury risks...

The thing that you clearly don't get is that, Philly would have score as much point as needed to win that game...

They were excited to go on the field and do those Offensive plays of Chip.

RG3 got his "good" second half numbers in garbage time

PhIlly has a new high powered offense that fits the players well - especially Vick and Desean Jackson , Chargers gotta come from all that way east to west coast . Plus if the chargers blew at 21 pt lead from the Texans , then surely the eagles can beat them at home.

Philly -7 , and buy down the 1/2 pt for insurance reasons.

West coast team playing a 1 pm game....on top of that a fast tempo offense that looked great in week 1 spells trouble for the Chargers.

Not crazy about San Diego here.  Non division game, flying across the country, 10:00am start time for them, and Chip Kelly wasn't happy with last weeks pace?? In order to beat a team like the Eagles, you have to keep their offense off the field. I don't know if the Chargers have the tools to do that on the road, in what should be a really fired up Lincoln Financial field.
Good luck

Now come on Chip…  You know you left way to much time on the clock…  You had the field goal in you back pocket, a couple of running plays to milk the clock and then take a couple shots in the end zone…  You’ve been in too many BIG time games to look like a rookie head coach in lost in headlights…

At any rate, nice job San Diego and Over backers…
