Cincy (-7) will make a good showing on defense , & due to poooorrrre Pittsburgh offensive line (plus RB situation is a clueless shot in the dark), Cincinnati wins this going away 27-13.

Big Ben will find an excuse when he lose this game.  That's all he's good for the last few years.. excuses.  Took Bengals at -6.5.  Grab it if you still can!  Expect Bengals for another playoff year.

WOW!!! Heath & now the All-Pro "Captain" of the O-Line Pouncey are out? Mendenhall's gone and now Harrison's going to be coming after Big Ben?? What's next??

Going to be a looooong and painful season. Maybe time to close the "Steel Curtains" and rebuild.....

Bungles -6.5

Also, for anyone who cares - here's my degenerate gambler's M/L special. Pays +260. "Just Win, BABY!!!!"

Patriots, Ravens, Texans, Falcons, Bengals

Hopefully I'm still in it by this game, because it would probably more than pay for a whole weekend of gambling.....

Good Luck All!!!!!

You know the public is going to bet heavily against the Steelers because of how poor the offense played last week. And that's a mistake. The Steelers may very well lose this game, but their defense will keep the score close.

Last year the Bengals offense was only able to score 13 and 17 points in their meetings last year. On top of that, they have scored 20+ only twice in the past five years. Cincinnati's offense hasn't changed much from last year. Still the same old Dalton-to-Green combo that the rely so heavily on. Bengals won't be able to run.

The Steelers will do a little better on offense, but probably not too much. Give me the Steelers +7 and the Under 40.5

Steelers - 14
Bengals - 17

When the Bungles blow a lead and cover last week, then there still not ready for prime time or Pittsburgh!

the play is over 40 , with the new NFL rules out there , it favors the offense , Defense's just cant do what they used to . Hence we have had on average , higher scoring games . 40 points is just too small a number  , Game will end up  24 to 21

You are on the right path my friend…  Cincinnati signed James Harrison which was a nice addition to an above average defense.  Pittsburgh loss to a Tennessee squad on the road in the season opener (which turns out wasn’t a bad loss considering the Titans should have won in Houston today).  Now all of sudden, the Bungles are a touchdown better than arguably the most winningest franchise in NFL history…  Get the fxck out of here!!!  The Wise Men in Vegas are master manipulators of perception…

With that said, put me down for Pittsburgh plus the chalk (6.5) for a shinny new Nickel and Pittsburgh ML (+216) for two (2) C-Notes please.  Thanks!

Only thing worrying me is that we're putting all of our faith in the Bungles! But, we knew this going in.....

What a SUNDAY!!! So many interesting outcomes in week 2.. EAGLES getting shot down with a BOLT of lightning!?! the reigning champs struggle against the BROWNS! Houston escape a TITANIC scare!!! Luck ran out of LUCK against the fish! Bears Find itself in a Battle with some vikings... SAINTS can't cover 3! GIANTS had a GIGANTIC flop in the second half of the game and seabirds made the 49ers look down right bad!!!!

I like cincy to win this game in a tough one.. both teams matchup up very well. Harrison is a great addition to the cincy defense which will be especially useful in this game against his old team. Steelers are a aging team but still early in the season they have a lot of health and fire in them as supposed to this MNF game being in week 8-9.. BIG BEN still has a rocket of an arm and the defense which lost significant key players on defense still plays great smash mouth football especially when the spotlight is on them on a monday night game. i think cincy will get better each game through out the season and make the playoffs once again. as for the steelers i think they hang on to close games as they start to show age and wear and tear as the weeks go on.. but in this game i see it to be competitive.

this week has been a firework show with many POINTS on the scoreboard, i like this game to be fairly low with BENGALS pulling a close win.. Cincinnati20-17

Steelers are12-2 at Paul Brown Stadium  and beat the Bungles 24-17 last year with a depleted line up.

Steelers +7

Honestly the only reason I would want to take the Steelers is to fade the public. Public all in on saints and niners yesterday and what happened there?

The thing is I cant find any reason, other than I still believe in the Steelers D, that Pitt keeps this close. I see Cincy's front seven getting tons of pressure on Ben.

HELP A BROTHA OUT! give me some insight on why I should fade the public and take the steelers

I agree. I faded the public on Bolts/Texans last week based solely on that reasoning (and Hous is terrible in the spotlight). I don't think these teams are that much different than last year. Pitt didn't have an all-pro line last year and both games were played in the teens. I think this is 1 of those games where you have to just go against the grain. Everyone is all over Cincy and the line isn't budging. I'll take the points in a low scoring game. At worst, I see Pitt getting a late back door cover. We see how Cincy collapsed last week late.

For what it's worth, the simulator has Pitt covering almost 70% and winning SU at almost 50/50. Steelers 11-1-1 in Cincy also has to say something. Cincy wins but there won't be a blowout in a tough division game. Look at yesterday's divison games where the dog had no business covering but found a way. (Minn, TB, Jets, Hou)

Fade the public and take the Steel City at home.  Division game, first home game for Pitt....they may not win but their D plays well enough to cover the number.

Pittsburgh +7 (bought .5 pt)
GL to all!!

Think I have to go with Pitt no matter how good the teams are that year usually it's a low scoring close game between the 2 go with the points to many to cover

This game should go Under, but it depends on how many "Free" points Cincinnati hands to Pittsburgh. This might be a no play. Cincinnati ML is the best pick here, no matter what, if you know how to win parlays.
