Hi-Powered Hotlanta's offense held to just 3 points?

Gimme some of what you're smokin'.....

with Smith & Vilma out, the middle of that field will be wide open. We all know the drill, these 2 teams will be trading TD's like off season acquisitions, then it all comes down to some "late in the game" shenanigans.....

I don't like the points, but I love the over 54 - so sit back, relax, pop a cold one, and watch these 2 cover that by midway through the third......

OVER 54

OVER 54

AFTER FURTHER REVIEW TQY Atlanta wins this one outright. My head just cleared up from all that weed I've been smokin.   Road team is always the play in this series.

Change of heart

Atlanta - 24                       New Orleans - 23

It's September, I've had 4 months to rethink this one over.

Dome will be rockin'.....retiring Gleason's jersey and playing the Dirty Birds in the home opener just like in 2006 after Katrina.  Laying the points on this one.....34-27 Saints

Preseason? The Falcons go 1-3 or 0-4 every year. It's fake football for a reason.

The Falcons are one of the best regular season teams in the NFL since '08. I don't expect that to change anytime soon. That being said, the Falcons could lose this game that rip off 7 in a row. This will be a tough divisional game, but I don't think the Saints are a good football team. They're looking at a 7 win season.

New Orleans is hard to beat @ home.  Should be a good close game.

But New Orleans, Payton & Co. will win by 7

Saints were a mess last season on defense, and I just don't see
how all of a sudden will come together and be a great defensive
team.
Not happening.
Falcons had a terrific year last year, and are only going to get
better.
Taking Atlanta in this one, expecting them to win at Saints.

This could very well be true, however, regardless of how good or bad the Saints and Falcons are season in and season out they ALWAYS play a pretty tight game.  Home teams usually give up 3 points making it close to a pick em'.  I do like the over though.

I'm a member of "Who Dat" nation, and I think this line is a joke at -3.  At best, it should be a pick 'em.  We couldn't stop anyone last year and made no significant improvement to our defense.  The loss of Will Smith is huge and the only way we win is by putting up 38+ points.  That being said, why pick a side if the the game is going to be high scoring.  Over is the play!

Payton and Brees together again and they will get their points..another thing they get is a Rob Ryan defense that keeps the other team in the game.....only way to go would be the OVER

LS  PICKING the Falcons makes this a primetime play. Don't let those 28 posts fool you, at least 20 of them were winning plays.

GL amigo.

I'm thinking that Sean being back means the old Drew Brees offense is back in business, and we'll keep the ball a lot more than a year ago, and even with a question mark defense, they'll simply have a much greater attitude than a year ago.

Admittedly a big Saints fan, am seeing i something like Saints 38 Atlanta 28
