If your looking at matchups (which ya should), Then its Seattle all day. Falcons will fold once again. they do EVERY year at this time. Shermin & Browner are Demons will beat down and manhandle Roddy White & Julio Jones. Its about time NFL corners are evolving. Michael Turner will have about 56 rushing yards. you CAN'T run on seattle. Seattle CAN run. Clemons being out might hurt Sea a little bit. Tough Game to call. Gl all.

Easy win, easy money. Matchups favor Falcons by long shot.

There isn't a single secondary in the NFL that can stop these two, all-star, superstar receivers. Seattle has no one to match up with Julio or Roddy. Falcons win the offense matchup by a long shot. Also, the quizzy monster can not be stopped from the back field.

Seattle is a one-dimensional team. Lynch has yet to face a star-studded defense like the Falcons. SPOOOOOOON is going to be spooing the dance all game long.

Falcons big. 41-10

Also, our probowl snubbed safety star, WILLY MO ALWAYS READY, is back an d100% healthy!!!!! Most underrted safety duo in the NFL, no one on this forum will understand.

Decoud and WILLY MO!

Also, look at our stud corners. Asante is a great and D-ROB had a bounce back year. Two studs. If that aint enough, look at the outstanding Robert McClain. The next best corner for sure.

DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR SMOKING BUT CAN I GET SOME!  MATCHUPS FAVOR SEATTLE IN EVERY PHASE.  THOSE BIG RECEIVERS WILL BE SHUT DOWN BY BIGGER CORNERS.  ATL WILL TRY TO RUN THE BALL. . .RYAN CANT RUN SO THAT LIMITS THINGS DONT YOU THINK.

ON THE OTHER SIDE, WILSON WILL MAKE PLAYS WITH HIS LEGS WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS.  WHEN RECEIVERS GET OPEN ON THE RUN HE IS ACCURATE.  WHEN THEY ARE COVERED GOOD LUCK CATCHING HIM.

Wow i didnt see that comming from a Falcons Fan!! Imagine that...Asante samuel is a sissy, a bigger sissy then Robinson, yea Samuel can jump routes, but thats it. Russell wilson may be a rookie, but hes smart, and wont fall for asante's traps. You are clearly a fan in denial, but i wish ya luck. Your team is going home once again

some people need to stop referring to themselves as part of these teams. "OUR" secondary? "WE" will cover? clearly you're very biased, making your opinion useless.

You do know there a fan boards where you can wank off to talk about how great Matty Ryan is, right?

Maybe the Falcons will go to the SuperBowl and get one of their secondary named Christian Athelete of the Year.  That is still one of the funniest things I've ever seen in football.  Did "you" take responsibilty for that too, 007?

Atlanta clearly has the better passing game and wide receivers, not much of a question there. I will say sea. has yet to face a team with receivers this good. That matchup to me is the most compelling, are these seattle cornerbacks as good as touted. If they are this will definitely be a sea win.

Good points.  I think the corners are pretty damn good for Seattle.  Atlanta's corners not bad either.  Tough one. Atlanta with the "pick your poison" receivers and dual threat backs.  Seattle with the beast and RW is on fire.  I think this might come down to road play vs. home play.  Favoring Atlanta with rest.  I think Falcons cover, Seattle keeps it tight.

On the scoring side the Falcons average 24.5 PPG and they are a perfect 8-0 SU in front of the home crowd.  Some games have been maybe too close for comfort as they are 4-4 ATS...but we're dealing with a one point spread here.

No doubt the Seahawks are hot and seem to be everybody's sexy SB pick.  However let's not forget that they are also 4-5 SU on the road this year.  The three-game run where they scored 150 points against ARZ, BUF and SF is still fresh in everyone's mind and I believe this has inflated the total.  Keep in mind, two of those games were at home and one was in a dome in Canada.  Toss out the Canadian game and the Hawks average just over 36 points in their road game totals...this includes last week where they were gifted a touchdown when RG3 laid the ball on the five when his knee folded.

Bottom line- this will be a defensive battle.  Both teams have the ability to shut the each other down, and probably will.

Therefore...gimme the UNDER LARGE and a small play on ATL.

GL to all

Thanks for the insight

Best record in the NFL

1 week bye.............usually hrurts a team

homefield ad'

and currently only giving a point?

There's a reason Dirty Birds are not favored by more........... they aint the favorites

Dont overthink it..............Coach Carroll has strategically put together a brutally tough, hard hitting defense injuring Garcon, RGIII  and skins #1 offensive lineman........The beating continues.......Atl has lost all mometum while Seattle has all the momentum......Falcon's season ends Sunday.

SEAHAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!  .......... all day er day!

Usually hurts a team??? Over the past 15 years yes there's been some wild card teams that have won the Super Bowl but statistically teams off a bye win a lot more than teams that play in the wild card round!! Don't forget that the Falcons do have the best record in the NFC for a reason! Seattle is a long ways from Atlanta & unlike last week I doubt Matt Ryan will get hurt. Falcons will finally get over the hump & send the Seahawks home for the winter

Wow! Great comeback with so much useless information once again! And if the rest off whoever your talking about were skipping thru MY messages then why am I getting so much attention from YOU as well as others quoting MY messages! Plus, to add insult to injury I didn't bring up anything about Matt Ryan, or the falcons going to the Super Bowl, or taking responsibility for anything! I have no idea where your getting your false info. from. I guess in YOUR head YOU need to make up things to make YOU feel better while YOUR spanking YOUR little monkey! By the way, since YOU like stories and making up fairy tales in YOUR head here's a fact for YOU! YOUR golden boy RB Marshawn Lynch has a foot injury and hasn't practiced all week! So go marinate on that for awhile!!!

Dude, why are YOU trying to get involve when this isn't about YOU? Or is it maybe YOU'RE both happy and have some weird happy football attraction and YOU felt the need to literally and physically back up YOUR boy! Please, just sit on the sidelines, enjoy the game and keep YOUR comments to YOURSELF!

Okay, let me get this straight! So the Redskins who made it to the playoffs as the #4 seed in the NFC isn't good?
How bout the NY Giants current Super Bowl champs who we gave a goose egg too, are they not good also?
I even got a better one for you broncosbaby! I take it that you must be a broncos fan because of your screen name.
Don't you remember "HOTLANTA" whooping the hugely hyped up Peyton Manning making him throw 4 INTs in the first half!

No one can see it because of course it hasn't happen yet!

No need for apologies for I agree with you, Seattle is a tough team and has come on strong at the end of the season! However, I can't see a rookie QB getting back to back wins on the road! Plus, you don't think ATL is well prepared for Seattle and know what's coming into our house? ATL will be ready for Matt Ryan, Mike Smith, Michael Turner, Roddy White, and especially future "Hall of Famer TONY GONZALEZ" want there first playoff win!

The Giants laid down. 2 seasons ago GB came in a crushed ALT 48-21. The Falcons know how to lose big in the playoffs.

How often have No. 1 seeds in NFL playoffs been favored by less than a field goal in divisional round?’

The last time it occurred wasn’t very long ago at all. In fact, it was even the same exact team. The Falcons were favored by only 1 point at home over the sixth-seeded Packers in 2011, and they got their doors blown off 48-21.

I was impressed how during a big game to lock-up homefield advantage they absolutely destroyed the Giants offense.... from the game I have seen of them at home their defense really steps up.... see the New Orleans game when Brees threw 5 picks.... most teams have been unsuccessful over the last few years scoring with Atlanta at home.... Matty Ice's home record is ridiculous....

Now, look at Seattle's record in a dome....

All 3 of the games they played ina dome they lost

Arizona, STL, Det

This offense is the fastest the Seahawks have seen except for the Pats and Packers, except they were played outside in their INSANE homefield advantage...

I think ATL handles Seattle by outscoring them and their defense will do just enough to keep them ahead....

GL TO YOU!

Great insight as always BreakaBookie  but Seahawks did win in a dome last December against the pitiful Buffalo Bills 50-17 at Rogers Centre in Toronto. So Seattle's dome record is actually 1-3.

BOL to everyone this weekend

Goodness, seems like I struck a nerve here.  I guess Eugene Robinson is still a sensitive topic in Atlanta.  He certainly was a dirty bird.

Actually, I'm not sure what stories I've told or why Lynch is my "golden boy" or why I'm jumping on a bandwagon, since I haven't even picked a side yet.  All I've done is a little venting about biased homers who fill up the board with there chest pounding, wasting the time of people who are looking for a little wagering info.

It isn't just you, 007, lots of people on both sides do the same thing.  You just happened to be the last one that I read before I snapped - sorry.  I just don't understand why youse guys hang out on a betting site when there are lots of fan sites (where no one will mention Robinson).

You know, I'm a Pats fan (have been since I was knee-high to a grasshopper - long, long before Brady).  So I don't bet on Pats games or write anything about them - I recognize that I'm too biased.  I just root for my team.

Good luck this weekend.
