The road team between these two division rivals has been money for gamblers for many years,

I wonder how long this trend will last.

9 out of the last 10 meetings have gone UNDER between these two teams including their recent meeting less than 2 months ago.

Gunshard is also right, same exact record of 9 out of 10 times the road team has won and covered.  That's incredibly rare than the road team usually comes in and beats the home team.

These two teams are UGLY though so I wouldn't hold that 2nd stat to heart this time around.  I'd put my trust in the UNDER better.

Raiders have won the last 2 H2H & I expect this game to be another Raider domination. Betting on Brady Quinn will leave your pockets empty

WARNING : The fact that the road team in this matchup has done so well can't be overlooked... plus, the Raiders as a home favorite is scarey stuff for sure. Keep in mind that a LOSS by the Raiders puts them in a tie for the #2 draft pick while a win by the Raiders could drop them several places in the 2013 draft. Using that thinking... It's also clear to see WHY the Chiefs might just tank this game also... to ensure that they keep thier chances of the number one pick high.... after all they are starting Brady Quinn. So betters beware.

Opps... I forgot... I think the Raiders traded the draft pick already for Palmer. I'm not sure. I don't follow that closely.

Can you please explain what exactly is "Raider Domination"

If you mean they're overall "domination" of poor trades and bad draft choices (Robert Gallery?, JaMarcus Russell?, Todd Marinovich?) then yes, I agree with you on the Raider Domination

but, how's this tidbit for you?...........

The Chiefs, led by red-hot running back Jamaal Charles, have won eight of their last nine games against their AFC West rival in Oakland.

Chiefs +3, next game please...............

pretty much jamal charles vs carson palmer. and the raiders WRs drop alot of palmers passes so i flip a coin and roll with charles and the chiefs... division rivalry will be close something like when the broncos played at arrowhead and beat the chiefs 17-9. xcept chiefs get off the snide this week.. wat does swami think?

News Flash>>>  NFL offices reporting this game has been canceled due to complete lack of interest

Not too far fetched but anyone betting this game needs to seek help immediately. Did someone actually say Raider & Domination in the same sentence , yeah dominating the cellar year after year. What was once one of the best run franchises is now among the worst in all of sports. So sad,  may Al rest in peace.

Forget the away team trends cause the Chiefs are in no shape to win this football game. If KC had Bowe healthy maybe they could cover, but without him who is the dreadful Quinn going to throw at? Another key matchup is the Oakland air attack against a banged up Chiefs secondary. I see a well rested Raiders defense with the return of Seymour and McClain holding Charles and putting pressure on Quinn. The Oakland passing game will set up DMC and Reece and the Raiders easily cover and break a 6 game losing streak by sweeping the Chiefs!

Don't worry about the draft, Kansas City can try to win the game and get #2 in the draft, because the Raiders will waste the top pick on the fastest person at the combine regardless if the guy can catch, throw, block, etc. Kansas City will get the #1 pick even sitting at #2, so throw that out the window.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Raiders have the better QB today, and it's the only time I'll ever be able to say this when Palmer is the QB. Defensively Kansas City is better, but they'll spend the entire day on the field, they'll get tired and give up points. If I was taking a side it would be the Raiders, but it's kind of like betting who you'd bang first at your family reunion, your aunt or your cousin. Either way, no one wins......

Punt....

It's amazing how things work out in life.  The underdog has won the game outright the last 10 meetings dating back to 2007.  I'd like to see what happened before then.  The road team is 18-4-1 the last 23 meetings.  The under is 8-2 dating back to 07'.  Trends continue.  KC mL and Under.

Trends continue my A$$...How about that 22/23 DDDHD 2 weeks ago on Thursday night where the Faiders were +10.5 vs Denver!??? Everyone and their mother, including me got bent over and spanked for following that trend. Yes Dever covered. Better think again instead of following trends all the time. Trends are MADE to be broken...Gl tho
