#2 Posted: 12/11/2012 1:21:44 AM I am loving Giants here. Atlanta has their playoff spot assurred. they have only played against mostly week teams and struggled for many of those wins. They arent giving it their all as they already have a playoff spot. giants on the other hand need these wins. I will pay a half point just in case Falcons pull a rabbit outa there behind.

#6 Posted: 12/11/2012 4:21:38 PM I know the Falcons haven't been playing their best ball the past
5 games,but let's be real,the Gmen have lost 3 of their last 5 games,
so i wouldn't say they are on any kind of a roll.
They beat up on the Saints defense which is the worst in the league,so lets not think the Gmen are going to just go into Atlanta, where the Falcons are undefeated, and will just play dead.
That is not going to happen. The Falcons are clearly having a better season, and expect them to beat the Gmen up on Sunday.
Taking the Falcons and the money line. |

#7 Posted: 12/12/2012 12:44:26 AM Capping the NFL is the hardest to do. Last week the Giants ran over the Saint, whereas Atlanta was outplayed by Carolina. Atlanta giving 1 to the Giants? What gives? I think the NFL players are Republicans.
No play here. Focus on the Bowl games. |

Some teams just have other team's numbers. The Falcons only scored 2 points in the playoff game at NJ. Now they are going to go all out against the Giants and that maybe won't be enough for a win, plus risk injury?
Giants are going to wear these guys out.

#12 Posted: 12/12/2012 9:17:41 PM I don't get all of the love for the Giants. The Falcons haven't been playing the best ball but they are undefeated at home. They also want revenge for what the Giants did to them in the playoffs last year. Atlanta is the play.
ATL -1

#13 Posted: 12/12/2012 9:35:16 PM Would NOT be the team, that has to go up against the Giants, as they crank things up for the annual play-off run. The G-Men have shown a history of handling the Falcons & the stats, in this matchup, back that history up. I'm calling for a NY win & cover here.

My friend, you say some teams just have the other teams number, but if you look at the last 10 these 2 teams have played, the Giants won
6,and the Falcons 4 times. In addition, the Falcons covered 6 of those 10 games these two have played each other,so i wouldn't say the Giants own the Falcons.
Falcons are a much better team then last year,so give them a little
credit here.Like the Falcons in this game. |

The 49ers wanted revenge too, what did it get them? a 26-3 loss. Just wanting to win does not get you a win.
Sunday the Giants play the Falcons who play pretty good at home. Guess who else played pretty good at home? the 2011 NE Patriots, they had a 20 game home winning streak that's until the Giants beat them 24-20.

Ryan has never beaten the NYGs. I think the number is 0-4. That's gotta be in his head.

#25 Posted: 12/15/2012 8:03:12 AM If these two teams were meeting n the playoffs right now, id pick Atl. Since this is still a regular season game I like the G-Men
The falcons are already in and safe. I dont see them going all out against the giants and risking injury
Yes Atl is boiling from that playoff defeat last year and wants to prove that they can beat the giants. I dont see it happening Sunday. If these two teams were meeting in the playoffs this year, then i would take ATL due to the revenge factor.
But right now, Giants will play much harder and need this game.
Gimme Gmen +1.5 n Under Gl all |
