#26 Posted: 12/15/2012 12:07:12 AM Not going against Brady. He looked like he had forever and a day in the pocket against a good pass rush of Houston. With that kind of time in the pocket any pass defense can be sliced and diced. He has lots of weopons at reciever and lots of young Belichek trained talent to replace anybody who goes down. It's plug and play.
IF they are playing Kapernik I will definately take NEw England at home in the cold. The giants ripped SF up and I think NE can do the same.

#27 Posted: 12/15/2012 7:42:03 AM I'll Ride the Pats. I just cant have myself over think this one. Everytime Siterbun speaks (that thugged out young looking Mr. Chow from the Hangover), I get a laugh, i have to be honest. Last week he posted how he let a rat out in 7-11 causing panic therefore he steals 2 Four lokos and food.
Anyway, I cant Wait to see Kaepernick have an absolute horrible game against this much improved Pats Defense. Im still steaming from when he made that horrible Pitch to his RB that went 3 feet over his head against the Lambs. That F'd up the game/spread.
Pats are going to give Kapernick nightmares, and Brady can score at will. Theres just too much expierience on N.E. to have them not be ready to dominate this game. Taking the Pats @ home in December all day until Brady retires |

#28 Posted: 12/15/2012 12:33:45 PM The 9ers have an elite defense. The Pats have an elite offense. I don't see the short week being a negative for the Pats -- they will pick up were they left off mentally. Hell, Wilfork went home after the Texans game and watched footage -- THAT NIGHT!!!
Brady takes these types of games personally. Could the 49rs win this? Yes. But Pats anything less than -7 is the play. |

Goodnight ! Why am I always the opposite of you ? Because I'm making $$$$$ and you're NOT ! Only two defenses the Pats have problems with, Giants & Niners. |

#32 Posted: 12/15/2012 11:38:26 PM Hmmmm, repeat of last week - West Coast (or South Team In A Dome) take your pick. "Questionable" QB - - (Schaub's better and more experienced than Kapernick, right?) - - game's in Foxborough, in late December, Pats still wanting that first round bye, Belichick still being "The Hoodie", "Tommy Terrific" still at the helm? Anyone else sensing this?
Pats -4.5, anyone got the balls to bet against?????
That's what I thought............. |

#35 Posted: 12/16/2012 2:04:21 AM I hate siding with the public here but NEW ENGLAND is the play
-San Fransisco's D will harass Brady considerably. A lot of sacks, possibly even some fumbles. But New the Pats offense is nearly unstoppable right now. Too many weapons. But I don't think this game will be decided in the Pats offense vs the 49ers D
INSTEAD
We must examine the Pats D against the Niners Offense While it seems obvious now that they stifled the Texans, the Patriots Defense has become a force! -THe addition of Talib at corner has allowed the Pats to bring pressure with its front 7...and allowed McCourtey to come into his own at safety. WIth athletic linebackers and a stout defensive line, New England is built to stuff the run. Frank Gore is going to have problems running the ball. Colin Klein will make some plays to keep San Fran moving the chains, but that gimmicky offense is not sustainable against Tommy Terrific and Mr. Bellicheck. Bellicheck is mowing down the NFL "elite" as we head towards the postseason. -Add the return of Gronk and the cold weather and we have a recipe for a sound PATS victory.
GL to all. Most of you will probably rip my analysis, but I will be going HUGE on New England and to those of you that join me, enjoy your loot Pats(-4)

#36 Posted: 12/16/2012 2:30:43 AM QUOTENew England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski returned to practice Friday for the first time since breaking a bone in his left forearm on Nov. 18, according to NFL.com. Gronkowski is not expected to play Sunday night when the Patriots host the San Francisco 49ers, but it now appears possible that he could play in the Week 16 game at Jacksonville. The Patriots have been hoping to get Gronkowski back in the lineup prior to the playoffs. His return to practice with three regular season games remaining indicates he is making steady progress. Gronkowski was on his way to another monster season before suffering the injury.

#39 Posted: 12/16/2012 11:05:10 AM There are some folks on here that posted about Houston last week, and siding with San Fran this week. Seems logical that betting against the Pats 2 weeks in a row is more of a hatred of the Pats then trying to win a bet.
Until the Pats slow down, hard to bet against them. |

#46 Posted: 12/16/2012 4:56:13 PM Can anyone comment on the PATS injury situation? Hernandez? Welker? Lloyd? I know Bellycheck keeps these things tighter than Kaepernick's butthole before Sunday Night kickoff in Foxboro, but I'd like some insight if anyone's got any. |
