Oh believe me - I'm never hiding, son.  I just don't have time for college football where u get a Saturday filled with lopsided matchups only to be followed up with too many politiks after theyre done with the "rankings."  You see son, I'm a 36yr old man / single parent, so I only have time for this thread.  And I also manage to not only understand the NFL ( unlike yourself ), but I also provide reasons behind my picks.  Stop hiding behind your loser picks, Vue and stop promoting your website cuzz you sound like a troll.  And for the sake of maturity, please remove the hot chick as your profile picture.  That's something a high school kid does cuzz he can't score with any girl.  Now rack 'em, loser.

Hey , you were the one slinging cheap shots pal! Where do you get off dictating how others should conduct their business?  I'm 63 - but so what!  36 yrs old don't make you a man, taking responsibilty for your actions and treating other with respect, is what's its' about. Personally, I don't give a damn if you like me, my style, but don't bash my NFL record on these threads. Year in and year out I've shown a profit. sammyace.............gmen was gonna be my top pick for this weekend...i agree with your analysis...giants can dominate defensively and pound the ball down ur throats... eli is still one of the best clutch qbs in the nfl. after losing 2 straight games ...im pretty sure the gmen is ready to get a big win at home agianst the pack. gmen coming off a bye doesnt hurt either.   As much as i love rodgers.. i just see him  getting sacked left and right this sunday night....giants is still the REAL team to beat if teams want a ticket to the SB.  GMEN -3

       When Push comes to  shove
RED FLAG
Public  hammering Pack yet line has gone from Blue - 1 to  -3
""
Blue scored 37 @ Lambeau LY facing healthy corners and Sackmaster Mathews.
Difference between now and then ?
Woodson,Mathews and Jennings are out leaving Rookie Casey Hayward n'  D. House  on corners to contain Cruz,Nicks n' Bennett .
Making things worst ,Packs O Line has allowed record # of  hits on Rodgers thru 11 weeks . Following Blues players meeting revealing call to increase sack % it would appear Weak Pack O line will be hard pressed to do better than 4 sacks they allowed LY vs Blue.
After barely beating Lions on the road LW , facing divisional game next week , not sold on Pack to " Embarrass " blue as one suggests.
What does concern however is Eli's sudden cold streak which a bye does not necessarily equate into a turn around , however besides facing a Saints or Skins secondary , Hurting Pack D n' Corners should allow Eli to achieve similar  330 yrds 3 TD 1 INT  performance vs Pack LY.
On a personal note, Amazes me how many so called cappers can't figure out  degree of consistent success Blue has when Push comes to shove facing Playoff caliber teams via rematch scenario.
Case and Point : Giants destroyed Frisco TY .
Sure enough, So called  capper , as square as they come, called out Frisco to crush and embarrass Blue based on revenge factor  .
Deja Vue ? Could be , but damn when does a foot become tired of entering one's mouth !?
lol
Obscure trend : Last 5 years Giants have lost only 2 times prior to Skin Matchup..Both losses were to  Packers !
Giants avg 30 Pts at home to Packs 26 on the road and with these gunslingers it's really anybody's game. Way better games than this to pick sides, however  OVER appears to be the more sensible and  logical choice with the OVER @ a perfect 5 - 0 last 5 meetings.

GIANTS 33 PACK 24

First of all Sammy I must set the record straight :
For reasons of compliance with Covers , Person in question will exclusively be forever known as  :   = O
In O 's  defense  , I  must correct you :
Week 10 , O  had a winning week at 9 - 7 ... However ,reason being for all the controversy directed at O from various members ,
 O Has in FACT only 3 winning weeks up to date :  10 - 6 - 1 Week 1....
9 - 7 - 2 Week  3  and 9 - 7 Week  10.
I can guarantee that O 's  NFL  record stands at 72 - 74 - 4 for the year . HOWEVER  O has been riding quite a dry spell since week 3 going 43 - 56 - 2 with an alarming 18 out of 43 success rate on sides.
It is evident that while some cappers as myself are NOT into recreational gambling, it appears evident by checking O 's personal page that O seems to be suffering from a unique form of attention deficiency that renders him mostly concerned with matters of missing rating stars and missing tittie avatars  over money matters , which is why we are all here :
TO CONTRIBUTE VALID AND INTELLIGIBLE GAME RELATED INSIGHT to make  $$$ ! So while it's  O 's  prerogative to regularly commit Cardinal Capper sin  attempting to pick 30 + College games in a day resulting in a catastrophic 13 out of 31 on week 2 ,
it comes as no surprise that members as myself tend to resent 0's posts  containing more facts about his age and bogus record than posting insight on games. Proof positive that at 63 , quantity does not equate quality as one can see through O 's posts in this game page.
Sammy Ace, your posts ,win or lose are clear ,bringing insight and different perspectives ,far from the drivel O claims it to be.
I salute you and few others regardless of Covers Rookie or Legend ?       ( lol) status ,sticking thru the BS and posting value info that can bring one closer to a correct choice.
Covers has come a long way in recent years from Clovers and Icon picks with more members posting intelligible insight helping some to make critical cash decisions.
As for myself, I see absolutely no " Value input" regarding  0 's  double hand  job posts     and occasional  Dim witted drivel such as " Bad coaching breeds bad teams"...No garbage !!! lol
Sammy,Throughout the years,it's about all the rationale you can expect to get from
Not Bashing,just stating facts.

Never meant to cause any controversy fellas. I write my posts because l find that it helps me make better decisions and I hope it helps everyone. I got a little emotional the other day when I heard someone say my Gmen were going to get embarrassed Sunday night. Never meant to start a war of words, and from now on I will strictly focus on the games.

I really liked EasyPicks rationale for liking the Gmen, and I will be pulling for the Giants big time for both personal and financial reasons!

Good luck fellas

I really don't need to provide my analysis with this loser's "handshake" picture.  He never has any good reason to backup his picks.  I know robots with more analysis than him.

G-Men will not lose 3 in a row.  Vue along with other d-bags forgot that this is the Super Bowl Championship Team.  Giants will give Rodgers alot of trouble especially since Packers have a weak behind running game.

QUOTE Originally Posted by Sammy_Ace:

I told everyone the GMEN were fade material prior to their road game versus the Bengals. My experience in situational betting told me that the game spelt trouble for the Giants. The Giants were recently dominated up front by the Pittsburgh Steelers and playing some lousy football on both sides of the ball. The Bengals, on the other hand, were also reeling and needed to right their ship as they had lost 4 consecutive games (their last two being at home). The Bengals simply needed and wanted it more, and the Giants wanted a bye week to lick their wounds.

Well, this week I am going to zig zag my way back on the Super Bowl Champion Giants. The talk of the town in both the New York and national media has been the "soft" Giant defense and the "dead arm" of Eli Manning. I don't get it, is Eli pitching for the Yankees? This talk has been largely exaggerated, and the bottom line is that its a long season filled with peaks and valleys. The Giants were a bit fatigued and needed to hit the reset button, and the bye week couldn't have come at a better time. Eli actually spent some time with familly in Mississippi, and I'm sure some home cooking did him some good.

I've taken a very close look at the last two matchups between these two teams. The Giants beat down the Packers in Green Bay in the divisional round last year. And the Gmen should have won the regular season matchup at MetLife Stadium in December of last year. There was some controversial officiating in that matchup and it took a last second fg from Mason Crosby for the Pack to win the game 38-35 (Crosby has looked awful lately). In that regular season matchup, Clay Matthews also had a 40 yard pick-6 (I am not sure what his status will be Sunday Night).

Now everyone will talk about the "revenge factor" and the public is going to be all over the underdog Packers for this reason and because the public just loves Aaron Rodgers. I am going to tell you that "revenge" is a highly overrated factor when determining the outcome of a game. Just look at what the Giants did to the 49ers earlier this year. Shouldn't the 49ers have avenged their loss from the NFC Championship Game?? The Giants have also heard Clay Matthews make public comments that Green Bay beat themselves in the playoffs last year, and that they are the better team. Both teams will definitely have something to prove this Sunday. Not to mention, the Giants had a full bye week of listening to how soft their defense is, and how Eli has "a dead arm".

The matchups are far more important in predicting the outcome of this game. The Giants achilles heel, in my opinion, is the middle of their defense (middle linebacker and defensive tackle). Thats why the Steelers had so much success running the ball against them. The Giants defensive line is very athletic, but I think most would agree that they are better pass rushers then they are run-stoppers. Now in come the high flying Packers, with absolutly no running game whatsoever (24th ranked in the league). In fact in the last two matchups, Aaron Rodgers led the team in rushing for both games!!!  Are you kidding me Green Bay? That stinks of weakness. With the injury to Cedric Benson, this team has had very little success running the ball, and that is music to the Giants ears. While the Giants secondary is far from an elite unit, the Giants defense would much rather pin their ears back and rush the passer, and take their chances with their average secondary making a play on a ball.

Green Bay will of course also be without the services of Charles Woodson and I have been patiently waiting for an opportunity like this to fade them. I really wanted to take Detroit last week, but I was afraid of the Lions self destructing and beating themselves (which predicatably happened again). I don't see that happening with Tom Coughlin's team coming off the bye this week.

I look for Eli and the Giants offense to get back on track against a depleted Packer defense that will be playing a back-to-back road game. I also think the Giants defense bends, but doesn't break, and creates a couple turnovers against the pass-happy Pack. I also wouldn't be surprised if the Pack get an unexpected dose of the Giants explosive rookie, David Wilson. This bye week might have been a good opportunity for Couglin to work on pass protection with the young back, and I would not pay too much attention to Ahmad Bradshaw's status on the injury report.

I am going large on my hometown GMEN!  Lets go BIG BLUE!!!!

Sammy_Ace,

The outcome of that game would have been completely different if CK was under center (That entire offensive unit played with an extra pep in their step with CK taking snaps)…

At any rate, leaning towards Aaron Rodgers plus the field goal…  Waiting closer to game time to lock up a play…

CK is the man. If you saw my post for last week's monday night game, I was all over backing kaepernick and the 49ers.  he made me a lot of money running the pistol at nevada, and the 49ers must think very highly of him as well to take him in the 2nd round.

but with all that being said, i really feel the giants are the play here or no play at all. its hard for me to be impartial bc im such a big giants fan, but i really think you have to stay away from green bay given all the injuries on the defensive side of the ball (matthews, woodson, shields, and nate perry). There couldn''t be a better team for the Giants to face to break out of this midseason funk and get their swagger back.

Who knows, maybe I'm fade material this week.  But these are typically the games and situations when I like to take the Giants.

Left over Food Thoughts for Blue Backers

Under Coughlin regime last 6 years, Blue has won all post bye games except for 2
Both being against hated Divisional CowBlows 4 + 6 years ago.
+
Last 8 years Pack have lost all post Road Lions game except for 2
Both against NFC East Blue n' CowBs.
(Last year ,under unique scheduling Deja Vue)
Pack @ Giants beat Blue following
Win  @ Detroit.

RED FLAG II

Well known how Bad Cowblows are under national spotlight . Flip side success, Pack in recent years are quite explosive and dominant under lights.
+
As previously mentioned
Blue tend to pick it up a notch, playing at level of competition.
( Those who point  Bungel loss to cap this game  )
 Giants always play bad
@ Cinci ZZZZZZ ... would'nt U ?
lol
+
Giants are undoubtedly one of NFL's Best Road Warriors.Unfortunately,
No such thing as Home Sweet Meadowlands Home.

To fellow Blues, Sammy too, always tough betting on own. Not much worse than sitting at a game betting with heart , losing 42 K in not so super bowl 99 .
Word of wisdom specifically aimed at  beginners : Matters of heart via Football or Love can
Lesson learned, since 99 have lost 3 Super Bowls ,staying Far from sentimental , heartfelt wagers.

OVER May be best Bet, featuring Gunslingin' National Showdown.

Just saying $

Sure the Gmen are smarting and also coming off a bye "BUT",, this game is really not that important to them because their division stinks. Packers want this game more and i think they are mo hungrier and the value is on dem here.
