You've got 2 very talented defenses that you would assume cancel each other out. Texans have a huge advantage because they can protect Schaub. Look at who the Bears have beaten this year. Give them credit for taken care of business. The only impressive win I would give them is on the road against the girls. Bears haven't seen even an average defense this year. Phillips will mix it up this game with some exotic blitz early. Contain Forte and Bears are really venerable! Cutler will get pressure early and often. Be ready for that, bulls on parade baby! Texans get some points early and it's going to be a really long night for Chicago. Weather is a concern and this is a challenge game for both teams. This is a game where Tate would be a huge help. Texans will also really miss Cody. Where one left off, another picks up.

Texans have a huge offensive of advantage because of their O-line. For this still saying Texans have beat nobody. There 7-1 and have taken care of business just like the Chicago. Except Texans crushed Baltimore. I don't care about the injury excuses. No one puts up 40+ against the Ravens.

Bears once great special teams has slowly faded. They still have the advantage over Houston. Give Martin some blocks and he can get you decent field position. Don't see the massive turnovers for both sides in this one. Scoring early, controling the clock, and protect that rock will be the winner of this one.

27-17 Texans

The Bears have more offensive depth at the RB position... problem is with the Bears O-line. As for the QB position I'd give the edge to Cutler who can chuck it long or drill in short... just hope he avoids fumbles and INT's. Cutlet having played at Denver and now Chicago should out duel Schaub but I don't see big numbers from either of them.

Defense is a PUSH here in my opinion.

Houston is short in backup RB's and Foster will be the main focus of the Bears defense. With no Tate the Texans run game will not be as effective as the Bears 1-2 punch of Forte (aptly named) and Bush. Houston also will have a dinged up starting TE if he starts at all.

I expect the Bears to run, run, run all game long since they can change out back. Andre Johnson will be a non-factor in this game and will NOT see the endzone.

I expect the Bears defend to successfully defend thier home field with a low spread also. I do not see this game cracking the 40 mark unless one team can manage at least 3 TD's to go with thier FG's and I don't see that happening here. Under 40 for me.

My Best Guesstimate is Chicago Bears-16 Houston Texans-13

Star of the Game will be Michael Bush

{The Bears' defense has forced a league-best 28 turnovers. Chicago's stop unit causes chaos all over the field, averaging an insane 3.5 takeaways per game.}

Sloppy, muddy Soldier Field with a nationally televised game - forget what you think about Cutler - to me, this will be the difference....

Bears in the pick 'em

Fading Cutler on this one he has been known to choke in the big games. Turnover ratio will go to HOU and that will decide the side. Weather will keep it under.

I like the OVER in this one

I'd take Chicago if I knew for sure that Peanut Tillman was playing tonight (he will be with his wife when she gives birth today or tomorrow)

In Chicago right now there are 45 MPH wind gusts, and it is starting to rain.  Schaub will not be able to pass and Bears D is awesome against the run and stripping the ball.  Got to go with the Bears!!!

Go Bears!!!

Remember the Bears haven't faced any defense or offense of this caliber all season...  Cutler better get ready to run for his life!

True..but with the weather being so bad..and the fact that out defense scores more than our offense...I have to go with the Bears.  No doubt we will be entertained by some Cutler temper tantrums!
