#9 Posted: 11/8/2012 10:21:10 AM Chi has been fortunate with the schedule and with the pathetic showing of Tenn and the bears capitalizing and brushing on another coat of fools gold to make them look solid, this game against the Texans will dull that image and set them up for yet another descraping of 'fantasy'gold from their armor of tin at the hands of Niners' in SF.
Keep the cameras off the Bears sideline...it won't be pretty with Cutler screaming at Carimi as JJ Watt eats him up all day long. |

1. Carimi played against Watt in practice for 4 years at Wisconsin so if nothing else he/the Bears will be prepared for what Watt can bring 2. You'd be crazzzy to think the Bears wont be chipping, the backs, sending over Kellen Davis to help and will be mixing up protections 3. Why did you criticize the Bears schedule only? Who has Houston beat? |

#13 Posted: 11/8/2012 1:41:06 PM Cutler under pressure will toss a few picks so the Bears will get a taste of their own medicine., Loving Houston here. Texans are taking care of the ball so no free gifts from the Texans.
Dont let last week fool you, that was Kubiak being ultra conservative. |

#15 Posted: 11/9/2012 12:54:22 PM i`ll be sitting back and just watching this game. if i had to take a side.it would be the bears. i have them in the superbowl anyways. and no i`am not from chicago or a bears fan. i live in baltimore and am a raven fan. this team reminds me of the 2000 ravens team that won the superbowl on their defense. but this chicago defense is not as good as the 2000 Baltimore defense. the best defense of all time that set the NFL record with the fewest points of all time. i still remember ray lewis basically taking the ball from eddie george and running it back for the game winning TD.then the raiders had the best offense and set records that year on offense and the ravens went to Oakland in the AFC championship and held them to a total of 3 big points. then in the superbowl the ravens only gave up a kick return and won 37 to 7...HANDS DOWN THE BEST DEFENSE OF ALL TIME!!!! |

#16 Posted: 11/9/2012 1:17:17 PM I`am pretty sure they only aloud 173 points that year. like i said, they broke the record for fewest points aloud and they still hold it. i think the defense scored more points then the offense that year. lol. i know they went 6weeks without scoring an offensive TD that year. and still won every one of those games |

The game is not on Monday night so that first stat is irrelevant.
Love the public hammering the bears. I'm siding with Houston in this one. |

#21 Posted: 11/10/2012 7:35:31 AM I think if this game is played in a dome the Texans would dominate however it is not and the biggest issue here will be the weather and field conditions. The Texans D will keep them in any game....the question is can the offense perform under these conditions? |

#24 Posted: 11/10/2012 9:07:34 PM I think both of these teams aren't as good as their record indicates. My gut is telling me that Chicagos never-ending run of pick 6's and turnovers probably comes to an end Sunday night. But I also think the bears will do a decent job vs Foster, and are too experienced and disciplined to be fooled by the Texan's offense, which relies primarily on play action.
The Texans defense, on the other hand, don't have much of a challenge at hand in the Bears offense. Stop Matt Forte and double cover Brandon Marshall. Put pressure on Cutler and maybe he makes a careless mistake or has a hissy fit with one of his linemen.
The bottom line is I'm not crazy about a side, but I love the under!!! |
