#3 Posted: 10/31/2012 9:41:31 PM Feel it is going to be a real slugfest. Personally , I'm not impressed enough to play either team. The Raiders covered for me last week- not pressing my luck here. And you never know which Buc's team is going to show up when they play an interconference foe.

#4 Posted: 11/1/2012 12:25:11 AM I like the Bucs here in this pirate bowl. Faiders lay an egg after comming off a decent win against the hideous chiefs. Im tired of playing the east coast west coast traveling card. Its over-rated. Bucs in a close one. |

#7 Posted: 11/2/2012 2:02:24 AM well travel does play into it as tampa will go 2400miles and 1/2 of that is there longest trip to date. . Denarius Moore has only been back for a few games giving Palmer a deep threat and not to mention Palmer is having a ok year 60%completion with really no wr to throw to but any way I guess field position with lecher punting and s.jan kicking.
u-46.5 seems to be the play ..bol

#8 Posted: 11/2/2012 6:26:48 AM This could be one of the easiest game on the board...oak will be shocked how good these bucks are in all 3 phases of the game. The key is to contain McFadden and I think they will. |

Lol. It sort of is a pirate bowl. I really love what Schiano has done with this Bucs team. They have a solid running game, great vertical passing attack in V. Jackson, and they have a defense with a knack for creating turnovers. Not to mention, Josh Freeman has been playing really well. I remember him hanging in the pocket last week and making some of the tough throws look easy. That being said, I hope they lose this game so I can get some more value on them when they host San Diego next week. The Bucs are a young team that has given up some big leads. I just dont trust them enough in the Black Hole, |

Yeah, I don't get it either? Maybe because of the travel time, but c'mon, that's only going to be worth so much.
Don't get conned by the Raiders being on a 2 game "winning streak" - what did they have? An overtime "W" at home, against the undisputed absolute worst managed team in the NFL (and possibly of all time), and the other "W" against the league's current whipping post..... B.F.D.
Raiders come back to reality, lose in classic Raiders style, and all is right in the world
Bucs 34 - Raidahhhz 7 - (or 10 if the Raiders somehow get within 65 yards of the uprights for a Janikowski FG) |

#11 Posted: 11/2/2012 11:13:29 PM I think that the Buccaneers are for real and they win this one by more than a touchdown... But I also see the Raiders putting some points on the board at home since neither team is great on defense.
Buccaneers +1

#12 Posted: 11/3/2012 1:25:58 AM After careful consideration, I think the bucs can do this. They have all the intangibles in their favor. Tackling, balls, grit. Able to generate turnovers. And I rather like their pass defense, I think they will get some pressure on Palmer. OAkland has problems with their offensive line as evidenced by their shitty ability to run the ball so far.Bucs arent making dumb mistakes like Oakland has been.

#15 Posted: 11/3/2012 4:39:59 PM I'm sorry guys but Moore is going to run wild for the Raiders. Let's not forget the Raiders lost their home opener because of a center injury. They could've pulled a fan from the crowd and hiked the ball, and would've beat the horrid chargers. Thanks to a few lucky plays, the "best in the league" Falcons barely squeaked by the Falcons. Raiders are better than their record shows. Don't whipe your shoulders of them. Scary team to bet against. They're the 1 team in sports that ruin your day when you bet against them! |

#16 Posted: 11/3/2012 4:42:50 PM Yes, the Falcons barely squeaked by the Falcons???? Sorry guys, people in my ear yelling. The Falcons barely squeaked by the Raiders. And that's a Raider west coast team playing at 10am in Atlanta almost winning the game. That's 7 a.m. for them. Give them some credit and don't sleep on them......just a thought |

#19 Posted: 11/4/2012 3:14:49 AM Only reason to play TB is Schiano. Tough game sb close hoping the kids from FLA have enough dont make too may mistakes. If they can avoid the turnovers they can win this game. One thing is obviois Schiano has them playing hard. Is it enough? YES. |

#22 Posted: 11/4/2012 11:50:44 AM Need Tampa -1 to complete a 4 team Parlay, so they'll probably lose...even so, the Buc team that went into Minnesota and beat the Vikings last Thurs was a most impressive team, I think their coach has them believin'...can they do it on the road 2 weeks in a row...10 days of prep should help and I am sure Carson Palmer will fumble or throw an intercept for a TD!! GO BUCS!!!!!
