#5 Posted: 9/13/2012 12:09:54 PM Both teams leave a lot to be desired, but at least the statistics say Oakland was in their game with the Chargers. For years the Raiders have shot themselves in the foot with undiscipline play and dumb penalties.
OAKLAND - 1

#6 Posted: 9/13/2012 3:17:39 PM The collosal incompetence of Oakland last week makes me think Miami takes this.
My model has Miami by 6. With that being said there are better games to bet my hard earned money on than this suckbowl.
I also think that Miami will get to Palmer and he will resume his interception throwing ways. They wont be able to run against Miami and will have to resort to the pass and that will end badly with Palmer at the helm.
I just talked myself into a small bet on Miami. |

#9 Posted: 9/13/2012 7:12:33 PM Hartline due to injury did not participate in any preseason games or practices in the off season and Armstrong was picked up about a week ago to add to the WR corp of the Dolphins. It's going to take some time to develope chemistry for Tannehill.
I don't expect much from the Dolphins this season but being a fan I'm hoping we can pull out a victory in match ups such as these. a lot of players sat out of practice today for the Dolphins nursing injuries but most should play on Sunday.
If Miami can get there run game going against the Raiders then it should open up the passing game for Tannehill in hopes his passes don't continue to get batted down and intercepted.
The Dolphins front seven is normally solid against the run it's the Dolphins secondary that has concerns.
As a fan I'm hoping the Dolphins win but as a gambler I would look at better games as this one is pretty much a toss up or crap shoot.
Go Dolphins!!!!!!!!! |

#14 Posted: 9/14/2012 7:46:27 PM It depends, does Oakland have to punt at all? If so, I'm betting the house on Miami
Anyways, just like the dilemma I had with Rivers and the Chargers last week, who shows up for Oakland? Is it the Carson Palmer of old, who spreads the offense and gets everybody involved, or is it the one who constantly throws into double/triple coverage expecting his guy to just go up and get it?
Don't know, don't care - D-Mac will be D-Mac, and I figure this Raider defense should drink Tannehill's milkshake - as long as Tommy Kelly calms the F*** down and they don't wind up with more penalty yards than passing yards....

#15 Posted: 9/15/2012 2:22:56 AM Hahaha good one, punt at all, lol.
Hmmm, two defenses and two godawful shitty offenses. I'm really liking the under here. |

#16 Posted: 9/15/2012 3:53:43 PM That is so completely wrong and shows you know nothing about football. Miami played as well as they could, Houston played as bad as they could the first half. Miami is by far the worst team in the league. Oakland only lost because of punting. As always with the NFL, anything could happen because of mistakes. But Oakland is by far the better team. |

#25 Posted: 9/16/2012 3:07:34 AM MIA +1 (1u) - I hate betting for a crappy team, but I hate even more the Raiders dismal cross country record ATS…6-12 since 2003. SCORE: Raiders 14-Dolphins 17. |
