You know what? It's a proven fact that the most happy bashing homophobic person is usually a self-hating guy themselves - and judging by the fact that you picked the happy construction worker from The Village People as your avatar speaks volumes.......................

What site are these cappers using now? I am tired of all the retards that are polluting this site with their bull crap and I have noticed some of the regulars with good info showing up only sparingly. |

#59 Posted: 1/12/2012 7:13:48 PM This is a rematch from one month ago when the Packers kicked a late field goal to beat the Giants by three points at MetLife Stadium. But the Giants are a much healthier team from that game and I do not feel that the Packers are as healthy. New York played an outstanding game last week against Atlanta and will give the suspect Packers defense all that can handle on Sunday. Green Bay will be able to score points as well. However, I expect the Giants to shut down the Packers running attack and make this team one dimensional. With the Giants front four, I expect them to be able to get to QB Aaron Rogers early and often and this will eventually take its toll of the veteran quarterback. The Packers do not get much pass rush with their front four and, thus, Eli Manning should be able to dissect their old and slow secondary. The Giants are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 playoff games. This game goes down to the wire and we will collect with whoever comes out on top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. |

Cant see Eli and the gmen keeping up offensively this time around. Not much of an Eli fan, hes a light switch, One day he's on, other days hes completely off, he doesn't follow through on his drives on the field.. So hopefully Greenbay is very well rested and prepared offensively and defensively, and Charles Woodson is expected to play which will help a lot defensively. Dont know why, but I can see gmen getting shut down in lam beau field on opening day of the playoffs for Greenbay.
Greenbay 30 Giants 21.
Hopefully the lines move up by game time! Or I might just change my mind on gameday and hit the over just because its Greenbay.

I'm jumping on the Packers laying the chalk....
Packer offensive line is healthy, Jennings practiced fully today.... just too many weapons and they are gonna be chucking the ball.....
On the otherside of the ball GB's defense will let up yards on paper, but grab key turnovers....
GB by 9.5

GL TO ALL! Giants have ball chucker too and catchers. WRs who can catch a 5 yarder and run 95 yards with it. Rogers has been sitting on his butt for 3 weeks, is there rust? Giants have 13 sacks in last 3 games. Tuck, JPP and Osi are coming.
Giants have to crank up the running game to set up the pass. If Jacobs runs hard like he's been doing than it's a long day for the Packer "D" because they'll have to give up coverage to stop the run and you know Cruz, Hicks or Manning is going to be flying down field and all they need is for a Packer to be looking in the backfield for a second.
Eli was only sacked once by GB in week 13.

I think the WR fair catch rule and hype makes these QBs look better than what they are. The Saints legs are going to be dragging in the 4th QTR running on grass and the 49ers will still be tearing at their throats. NO went to Seattle and got crushed in the POs last year, they don't play well on the road and it's going to show.
Rogers off 3 weeks, comes back and is thrown into the fire, he better be sharp, Tom Brady once threw for 50 TDs, in SB 42 he had one.
Brady also had a record going this season, 31 reg season wins @ home, the Giants beat him.
This weekend the dogs bark, don't believe the hype.

You are also a Giants homer. The Giants were EXTREMELY lucky to win Super Bowl 42. Every bounce went their way all game and I am not sure that this Giants defense is as good as the 2007 squad. I am an Eagles fan and have seen a lot of Giants games this year. Rodgers is gonna dice that very weak secondary. I could see the Giants maybe covering the 9 but beyond that would take a minor miracle. |

#69 Posted: 1/13/2012 4:24:27 PM | NFL playoff record 4-1 ( NFL playoff record since 2000 - 84% )
NWO-3.5 @SF The 49ers have the enviormental advantage. There is a good chance that on the grass field of Candlestick Park it will be wet and windy . And all three losses by the Saints have been on the road (at Green Bay, at Tampa Bay and at St. Louis. Also a three-point overtime win in Atlanta and a near loss in Tenneesse when Jake Locker could not find an end zone reciver on the last play. But Drew Brees has thrown for 300 or more in 14 of 17 games. Alex Smith did not throw for 300 yards once this season. The 49ers are physical, but so are the Saints. This is the best offence the 49ers have played all year and the NFC South is a tougher divison than the NFC West. In the battle of offence vs defence, I will take the Saints offence in any environment.
Den+13.5 @NE Okay look, as much as Denver beat Pittsburgh last week, Pittsburgh beat themselves with the dropped passes, the poor shot-gun snap, the fumbles, etc. I give Tim Tebow credit but New England will be a polished offence. I give Denver a chance in that they are going from a top defence to a Patriots secondary that ended 31st at the end of the season. Also, Ryan Clady and Orlando Franklin are two excellent pass blocking tackles so Tebow should have time. I don't think the Broncos will win, but as good as New England is, 13.5 points is too much for me. Pats win but Broncos fight and cover.
Hou+9 @Balt The big advantage is quarterback experience; Baltimore has it in Joe Flacco but Houston not nearly as much with T.J. Yates. Houston has the second best defence in football and Baltimore is third. Houston has a great 1,000+ running back in Arian Foster and Baltimore has a 1,000+ running back in Ray Rice. The last time Houston played Baltimore, it was close until the fourth quarter before Baltimore scored 29 points to win easy. But Andre Johnson did not play in that game and he will this week. Baltimore wins but Houston keeps it close.
NYG@GB -9 Green Bay by nine may be too many points. Aaron Rodgers is phenomenal at home with a QB rating of 128, 24 touchdowns and only four interceptions. The Giants may be playing their best right now, and with their three good running backs, have a chance to win the time of possesion and accumulate first downs, a clear priority. Still, I am not sure if New York can match Green Bay touchdown for touchdown. Against Atlanta, the Giants benefitted from two critical but inefficiant 4th down plays by Atlanta. That is not is going to happen with the Packers. Packers cover.
Good luck everyone! |

Who's 4-1? Certainly not you. I just glanced at 2 of your picks last week, and you took Pittsburgh and the N.O./Det. game under. There's 2 losses right there!!!!!!!!!!! Do I need to even keep searching? If you're going to lie, make sure it's not so easily traceable...........

Giants were lucky? Tom Brady threw for 50 TDs and 8 INTs. Set a NFL record for scoring points. But the NYGs "D" was lucky that NE didn't score more.
The NYGs "D" line is as good or better just because JPP is there and Canty. The secondary is just so-so but so was it back in 2007. The last game vs. the Packers Eli threw a 67 yard TD pass to Beckum on their 3rd play, Beckum? Not Cruz or Nicks. Giants had loss 3 in a row, Bradshaw was just back from a foot injury and Osi didn't play.
If you have a copy, rewatch the game.
"Rodgers is gonna dice that very weak secondary." There's a cure for that, it's called heat. Funny how a few rule changes makes very QB now a super hero. If that passing game ain't working the Packers are done, no running game, no running game rule changes.
Going to be a good game and it may come down to who has the ball last, i like the Giants chances going against one of the worst defenses.
