#2 Posted: 10/6/2009 11:42:59 AM Denver, plus the points at home. I will take that!!
Orton - Not loosing games.
Marshall - Learned the playbook and is ready to become productive after his pity party.
Moreno - Looking like a first round draft pick, injuries behind him
Home field - Invesco is about 3 points at that.
Denver D - Nolan has this unit drinking the Orange Crush Kool-aid!! Champ can handle Moss and that front 7 can put pressure on Brady and that offensive line.
McDaniels - This is now his team, owner is behind him, fans are behind him. He has had this game circled since the schedule came out.
Gimme Denver, will wait to see if this line moves up to 3.5 or 4. |

#4 Posted: 10/6/2009 2:53:05 PM I have to take the Pats here I think. Brady is ALOT better than Romo and give me Moss and welker over R. Williams and crayton. I am still not drinking the Broncos Kool-aid yet. |

#5 Posted: 10/6/2009 3:57:14 PM Pats win by 10. Denver is a better team than most gave credit, but the Pats ain't the Cowboys, Bengels, or the Raiders...I'd like to think that Bellichek has had this game circled as well. Pats have a serious ground game going if needed. Defense getting much better. Flacco is a much better QB than Orton. If the D slowed down Flacco, they will handle the Bronco's offense with a lot more ease. Pats win by 10...

#6 Posted: 10/6/2009 5:38:48 PM are we still home dogging a 4-0 team?
-pats are 3-0 SU 2-1 ATS at home... 0-1 SU/ATS on the road this year... -patriots are 2-5 SU/ATS against denver in the tom brady era (including playoffs) -of the 5 turnovers denver committed last year, none were committed by anyone still on denver's roster (andre hall 2 fumbles lost, cutler 2 picks, ramsey 1 fumble lost), instead we have ball controlling game managers like kyle "just clutch enough" orton, who by the way is somewhere in the ballpark of 25-13 as an NFL starter
can't figure out why the public is lining up to play new england in this game, but i'll take the points.

I'll tell you why. Again. Denver has played NOBODIES. Cincinatti, Cleveland, Oakland, and Dallas. That's why....The Pats almost lost to Buffalo on Brady's return, the Jets, Atlanta, and the Ravens. Not hard to figure out why they are favored...

#15 Posted: 10/7/2009 5:51:14 PM Brady looks better and better every game he plays. They said that a knee injury takes about 5 - 6 weeks to get to 100% playing strength. Denver hasn't proven anything this year at all and Merriweather looked insane last week. Patriots offense and defense get stronger by the week.

#19 Posted: 10/8/2009 2:45:42 AM DEN will win, nobody takes them seriously, the public is pounding the PATs; Denver's head coach was the offensive Coord. for NE, Denver has the momentum, Vegas would love more bets on the PAts, while NE may be the better team i like the Broncos in this spot. |

#22 Posted: 10/8/2009 6:36:21 AM In order for the Broncos to win they have to knock around Brady. Brady is soft and fears contact. If they don't, they lose.

#23 Posted: 10/8/2009 8:25:38 AM McDaniels does have a little bit of insight on what Bill and Tom like to do on offense remember. GL to those who play this one. |

#24 Posted: 10/8/2009 8:46:59 AM Unless the Broncos have a 14 point hail mary bounce off the refs head type of play in thier book, I'm backing the Patriots here. I just can't get over the QB matchup. Seriously Folks.... Are you really thinking about putting you CA$H on Kyle Orton in stead of Tom Brady in this game??? Wise up people. The Pats have a better team, a better coach, and a WAY BETTER QB. Case closed... New England-27 Denver-16 |
