I think this game comes down to motivation, which ND will be lacking.  Losing their 2 coordinators wont help either.  However, with Rutgers decimated secondary, I think ND wins, but doesn't cover.  Good luck.

I know N Dame is not that good, but why would anyone pick Rutgers, even with the 14 points...they sucked bad this year...

After watching Houston, SMU, Fresno State drop 49+ points on this Rutgers defense this year I am inclined to think that ND can roll similar numbers.  Weather looks to be nice on Saturday and it's going to be a long day for Rutgers.  Only thing stopping ND is motivation

We as betters have no idea how motivated a team is on any given week.My thoughts on this game is that ND is a least 3 TD's better than Rutgers.

Notre Dame will not be happy playing in this Bowl, they will just be going through the motions.

Sharps knocked the line down from 17 to 14. They seem to think Rutgers will cover this number. I took it when it got to the key number 14 because Rutgers is Terrible. Notre Dame had one of the toughest schedules in the country and they got beat by some teams that are better than them. I'm betting Notre Dame goes out and dominates this terrible team. Rutgers got worse as the year went on and snuck into a bowl by beating one of the worst teams in division 1, South Florida. Notre Dame -14

ND has it's trouble on the side line, I see the players know this and will not have their heart into this game. Rutgers will have the bigger heart in this game and will make a few big plays to keep this closer than most think
