Marshall should stump this team.

Anybody have some reason and logic as to why they think Marshall will cover such a large number?  I like UAB in this one...

Durty B I have several reasons why Marshall will cover the number.

I've said before in previous posts on Marshall that they are a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde team. Marshall is fantastic at home and just shy of average on the road. Maybe its the ghost of Marshall's past that has them so road weary but they are not the same team on the road. That being said here are the reasons why to bet on Marshall today at home:

  • Marshall is 4-0 SU and ATS at home with an average margin of victory of 36.25 points per game.
  • At home Marshall has the nation's 9th ranked defense and 15th ranked offense.
  • Marshall's turnover margin at home is 1.75 per game and UAB is even.
  • UAB is no "world-beater" here they're 0-3 SU and 1-2 ATS against common conference opponents with Marshall.
Buy the hook and get them at -24 (-119 at my book). Then sit back and enjoy your profits.
