how can a team thats 5-3 ats against a team thats 1-6 ats be a 79 to 21 percent favorite utsa wins in almost every aspect of the game take utsa on the money line for sure will be hard but they play there normal game and toledo plays theres and utsa wins for sure!

It's Tulsa, not Toledo. And Tulsa has a superior power ranking than UTSA.  I'm not giving a side, just stating facts.
