Florida St is 3 pts favorite?  The wrong team is favored.  Obviously, Clemson overlooked BC last week in anticipattion of this big game. Clemson will be ready to go this week to kick some Seminole butt.  FSU hasn't played any quality teams yet. No, MD is not a quality team. Clemson has already beaten a very good Georgia team. Yes, Georgia is a very good team despite their loss to Mizzou. Bottom line, Clemson wins this game by at least 10 pts.

I like FSU to win this game straight up, and by more than seven.  Clemson is at home but that may be their only edge.  Noles have solid running game, good receivers and their frosh QB looks poised.  Winston is an accurate passer and decent runner when flushed.  Only concern I see is him handling the noise in Death Valley as he hasn't played a road game in an environment like this one, but I am sure Jimbo has been working on communication issues the past two weeks.  Should be a great football game to watch.  FSU for a solid cover.

Clemson looks like they are  playing not to loose. I think the qb from FSU will be very poised.Fsu comes in and burst this silly Clemson bubble of hype..

JAMEIS WINSTON, he will be the difference, not overlooking the fact that it will be very hard to go on the road,in a night game and knock off the tigers, but I do lean slightly towards the seminoles in a close one. seminoles -2.5 in a high scoring affair, the total should be in the high 60's I am assuming, although I have yet to crunch the numbers for the total, I see it going over, even if the number was in the low to mid 70's I would still bet the OVER which is actually the better bet here then picking sides in such a close game, I will put a 3 units on the OVER and 1 unit on florida state.

This is a very CRUCIAL game for BOTH teams. this game determines who will be within the top 5 rankings and who will drop out of it!!! The ONLY edge in this game really is the home field advantage for clemson. thus the 3points.

But I'm laying my money on a team that had a bye week heading into this matchup. After routing Maryland the week before, all momentum and focus is on clemson. a team that had a scare against Boston college which Seminoles had put 48 on them..
Tajh boyd hasn't played against a pass defense that the seminoles posses..

FLORIDA SATATE wins 34-27 and puts them in the #3 spot!

Clemson has the difference maker in Sammy Watkins who is only behind Calvin Johnson& Larry Fitzgerald in the world rankings of WR.Dabo Sweeney is a significantly better coach than Jimbo Fisher..Winston will have his share of big plays, but it won't be enough.

YES !!! I exactly stated the same thing last week & got into a bitter conflict w/ some MORON ( who said Clemson is a top notch college football team & called me a dumba** ...I said they are 1 of the top 5 MOST OVER RATED TEAMS EVERY YEAR..yeh, they win 1 big game a year , & then they nose dive & tank..Prime example last week!! Barely beating B.C. & @ home @ that.....WHAT A JOKE!! ) Thank god there's some one else w/ some smarts! Here's another great fact..last time Clemson even had a shot @ a National Title...1983!! So, that being said... FSU will stick it to the Tigers this weekend. FSU  38 - 20

Fsu is a more well rounded team....they can still win even if Jameis doesn't have a good game....Clemson on the other hand needs Boyd to play near perfect to win this game

-Been watching both teams for years and know them well.
-Clemson: Boyd and Watkins are awesome. Boyd is a much better NFL prospect than the Oregon, A&M, and Louisville QBs.
-FSU: full of studs with power and speed
-After watching many of their games, look for FSU to silence Death Valley even with a freshman QB. FSU is no joke!!!
-Watkins WILL GET LOCKED-UP.
*Clemson should be getting at least 7.5*. FSU will easily cover the -3 (I know, don’t say lock!).

No way Clemson keeps this close. Sorry Clemson

FSU hasn't won at Clemson since 2001...5 straight losses.  And Clemson was the dog in 3 of those 5, still won.  Won big even as a 17 point dog once.  Just saying, careful.

The visitor is 1-9 last 10, and that win was by Clemson.  Clemson has covered 8 of last 9 games at either place.  Not saying I'm on Clemson, just don't overlook heavy trends like this.  My team (not FSU or Clemson) has been a part of many intense rivalry games...there are definite differences in playing on the road against a rival even when you are the better team that year.

QB edge goes too CLEM

FSU didnt play anybody last year and they still havnt beat anybody this year. Well they did lose to FLA and.....Clemson

I'll take the veteran over the frosh in Death Valley

One aspect to fear is that FSU O-line  CLEM for the small

So you are actually saying in the "world rankings" of all WRs only Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald are better than Sammy Watkins?  And you expect people to take anything you say seriously about football?  I mean Sammy Watkins is a good receiver, but he may not be in the Top 10 in CFB much less including the NFL.  Clemson is a tough place to play on Saturday night with all the crazies going out of their mind, but that may be Clemson's only edge...and it could be enough but I wouldn't be afraid to bet FSU because of Sammy Watkins.  He is averaging less than 100 yards per game against their whole schedule this season. Boyd is the difference maker for Clemson, if they have one.

I respect you but Mariota is a better qb than Boyd IMO, mentally. And speed wise.

Clemson havent faced a GOOD D. only beats Georgia on opening day, a GA team that now we all know has no D. the best D clemson face were BC and got really scared 10-14 entering the 4th quarter @ deth valley.
FSU has tons of talent every where, boyd and watkins are maybe the best NFL prospects on both teams, but as a team i take FSU without knowing the odds, FSU at least by 10 for the med. FSU by 3 for the big

True, but FSU hasn't faced a good offense.  They let BC drop 34 points on them, with a balanced run and pass attack.  Not going to even listen to debates about Maryland and Clemson having the same caliber of offensive firepower.

i dont like to compare teams by performs against the same team but gettin into it... FSU @ BC went some point in a 35-3 run.
CLEM score 10 in 3 qtrs. FSU allows 34, CLEM just 14.
a Good Offense like GA scores 35 @ CLEM. a mediocre BC offense scores 34 on FSU. i'll say FSU can score on any team, not so sure about CLEM. and in a offensive battle, i can't go against FSU
