I don't bet many games right about this time of season, the lines are too tight. I look at who Northwestern played and how close they played them and I don't think they are worthy of a top 20 rating. Ohio St should win by more than a TD. I'm going large on Ohio State and I'll just enjoy watching the other games. Hoping for an Ohio State blowout. Northwestern at home and they have a great coach but Urban Meyer is no slouch either and Ohio State gets way better recruits. It is nice that they has two quality QB's as well.

Ok I know you guys will never admit it but the Ohio St fix was in last week on the total at least.  Referees and coaches both can dictate games and game totals.  If you'll go back and just watch the Ohio St / Wisconsin game you will see what I'm talking about.  Ohio St moved and scored with ease in the first half. I believe Braxton Miller was 13 or 14 for 20 with the score being 24-14 Ohio St.  The 2nd half Ohio St turned into navy and flat refused to throw the ball. Miller threw 5 second half passes.  I had no idea that was a comfortable lead.  Even when the game got tight they flat refused to throw. Say what you want but all I ask is to just watch the game.  Let's not bring up Sunday night New England/Atlanta game and their 30 4th quarter points. But that's another discussion. They just happened to crack the over total of 50. How many time do you see 30 4th quarter points in the NFL?? Sometimes you have to open your eyes and see things. Don't be a purist be a realist!!

damn... line jumped from -5.5 to -7 in a matter of hours. Thats why I took it early. Usually when a line jumps like that early in the week over or on to a key number like 7 it means I made a good bet. But it's gambling and even good bets get the . I believe that Ohio State is a legitimate top 5 team and Northwestern is just a top 20 pretender. Top 4 teams in the SEC or PAC 12 would just roll through every team in the big 10 but Ohio St.

Hey Bhatchett I've lost some over-unders lately that made me want to pull out my hair, but I don't think the games were fixed, I just think its a friggen coin flip playing over-unders so I avoid them UNLESS a certain diamond dog makes the pick and even then I only play NFL. College over-unders, forget about it. You have to win near 55% or the books will take your money in the long run and you can't do it. Conspiracy theories that involve more than a few people are just that, conspiracy theories. A ref or a QB on the take can throw a game. It happens, how often, I have no idea. College basketball is shady as hell.

Cats have done well for me...classic let down spot for OSU going against a scrappy dangerous team!  NU 1-8 of a bye including bowls with last years win over Miss St.  If I play it Il take the NU on a teaser after the line inflates

I was at both the NW and OSU games at Cal. It was fun I was up on cheapwad hill. I noticed that OSUs defense is not that good. I also noticed that NW offense is that good. I think this could be upset city in a shootout.

OVER 60- 2 unit play, northwestern will be ready for this game coming off the bye week, so their offence will be well preped for the very inconsistant D of ohio state and we all konw that ohio state can score with the best of them and score they will, OVER..

Hmm!  I can respect the NW fans here. Gettn 6.5 here at home against a buckeye defense.  Don't be confused here. The weather plays a roll here giving the O an advantage..  Expect miller to keep the game under management an the Buckeye defense to make a statement game moving up in the ranks with a impressive win.

Ohio st. -27

Damn, I never thought of it like that.  Hatchet I always just thought "things happened" or "I got lucky" in my head.  I bet the government has secret people all over that bet games legal and illegal.  Then they send secret signals to players/coaches/refs/ so on minds.  WHEW I just ran up and put some foil on my head, you know.  Oh crap if I die and someone reads this it was the government!! CRAP!!!

Amazing.  Just watched & rewatched the play on DVR.  No flag on that 2nd lateral, which was a forward lateral.  Moose!!!
