purchased a point and got UTAH STATE-7 on sunday night, the aggies D will give san jose state a lot of problems, talent wise this one is not that close, the fact that spartans have lost 2 in a row does mean to me that they will be focused to play their best ball, so I do feel that this one will be close for a few quarters, but utah state will slowly creep away during the late stages of the game and win this one by a couple of touchdowns

I'm hoping that game against the Trojans took a little out of the Aggies. Spartans keep it close enough.

Utah St - 30                                      San Jose - 25

Spartans +9.5                                  under 61

Spartans trends to consider;

8-2 off SU lined non-conf loss

5-1 ats after allow 35>pts.

Aggies trends;

7-1 ats weekdays

1-7 ats as RF off non-conf game

0-4-1 as favs  20< pts vs .333< opp.

I'll take the generous spot the Aggies are giving to the Spartans.

San Jose - Under

Utah St has played some good teams and hung close. San Jose has played good teams but lost double digits or near abouts. I Think this is a double digit victory for the Aggies. San Jose weak against the rush. You got a double threat rushing attack with Deamartino and Chuckie Keeton SONNN!!!! Utah St for the medium

SJST without Grigsby really hurts them, that and theyre inability to run the football as opposed to last year.  Which team feels better about losing last week?  looking back last year how UTSt reacted after losing tough games..well it dont look good for the Spartans who gave up 13 sacks last year to the Aggies who return to DLs who had 12 sacks between them.

for the large as the Doctor says

Wow, everyone's on Utah State!?...I'll happily wait for the line to go up and take SJSU at +10 or +10.5

If you watched the game against Minnesota last week you understand why. The score was not indicative of the game.

David Fales is one of the 10 best QB's in the nation and the game's at home. SJSU is an underrated football team.

If you still don't like the points, take the OVER. Keeton and Fales will put on a show. It doesn't matter how good each defense is. Excellent QB play trumps all that.

Best of luck all!

Well stated prospect, especially your sentiments on the Spartan signal caller!  Fales is arguably the third best NFL ready (pure pocket passer) signal caller in the country.  Also, a couple of key weapons didn’t dress last week for that out of conference tilt up in Minnesota so they could get healthy for this conference matchup (although the injury report still has them listed as out, I suspect they will miraculous get well by game time tomorrow night under the BIG lights).

Utah State defense is the truth and one of my favorite players in the country (Chuckie Keeton), who found it tough sledding last week against those PAC 12 athletes, should find it much easier to use his god given wheels in this matchup.

With that said, that was a very physical game last week up in Pasadena for the Aggies and they are back on the road again with two less days to prepare (God forbid if they are busing it from Ogden to San Jose to save money).  Couple that with that new head coach who is not ready for the BIG chair (that last year coach – Gary Andersen – would have beat USC and have that squad 4 – 0 coming into this game) leads me to believe the home dog keeps this puppy within the chalk so…………………..  Put me down for San Jose State at the house plus a touchdown and field goal head start for two (2) C-Notes please.  Thanks!
