KSU won the last 5 against UT. Is this Mack's last stand?

Wow, how in the hell is Texas favored here.  Loyal Texas fan here.  No way we cover 5, much less win this matchup.  K-State QB's like to run option and zone read.  We have YET to stop it.  Case McCoy showed everyone he is not capable of winning a game against an opponent like this, not when his defense gives little help.  The gameplan they gave him was sdo protected it was pathetic.  They do not trust his arm, and rightly so.   Don't forget, Case McCoy started and lost to K State last year.

Last week I said with Ash with Ash, the Ole Miss game was 50/50.  Without Ash, it's a gimme for Ole Miss moneyline.  I'm saying it again, Texas has no business being favored over an offense that runs this style capably.  I'm loading up HUGE on K State moneyline. Take 5 if you must, it's a gift.  No chance in hell Texas covers 5...ZERO.  Ash hasn't practiced as if Wednesday, if he does squeeze in the start, then I'd take the 5, but with a little more caution.

Take my gift to you, Texas loses this game.  It's a horrible style matchup with a team that has OWNED us for last decade.  And Case McCoy will never be able to run the offense needed to keep up with what the K State QB's will do to our hapless linebacking and saftey run support.  Hope you all listen.

K St. will roll, Texas should not be the favored in this agreed. And I thought kiffin would be the first one to go but mack may be first. The defense coordinator is gone now is the offensive corrinator next then mack. Three games lost in a row is bad for any team but Texas wow............

KANSAS ST.  +?

They both are garbage. The winner gets a garbage can. The loser get the award for the most over hyped team in 2013. No Play!!

I was all over K State, but now with Ash in, be careful.  The points still look good in Wildcats favor, but this offense is way more wide open with Ash.  K State defense not solid by any means.  If the Texas backs get rolling, could be toss up.  Just saying, careful here, not as big of a slam dunk with Ash in.  Over looking way better now.

Thanks Ech, always look forward to the insight on your post for Texas.

I'm a huge Texas fan too and I don't think we should be favored in this game. KState has owned us and this year our players are softer than ever. We look like we have no fight in us.

Our O-line sucks. Our defense is incompetent and can't tackle. We have demonstrated we can't stop the option or zone read.

I'm with Echelon on this one--over looks like the play.
