I'll take Indiana +18. That is too many points. Penn ST will run it down the throats of Indiana and will win. But 18 points? Too many.

I like the Over. State will have their way on off and Indy's up tempo style means more offensive plays than normal. PSU ttotal is also on my card.

Indiana has lost ONE game by 17+ points - last week against Wisconsin.  They haven't won a lot this year, but are 6-3 ATS and playing teams close.  The line wouldn't be this big if they didn't get blown out last week.
