like WVU at the half.. i can see baylor with a backdoor cover in this one.. i don't think Baylor can keep up with the WVU offense, especially with it being WVU's 1st Big 12 game at home..

baylor is avg 51.3 pts a game while the mountaineers are avg 47.3 pts a game/ through 3 games gino smith has thrown for 1,072, 12 tds and no interesptons.baylor QB nick florence has thrown for at least 300 yds and 3 tds in each of the first 3 games, although he has 2 int in each of the last 2 games.  the bears have allowed 429.7 yds per game/ which ranks 116th out of 124 fbs schools and last amoung major conference taams. if the mountaineers are not looking ahead to playing texes on the road next week, they should beet baylor by 20/ no problem;;;;;now as for the over, it seems like everyone is jumping on the over, witch is makeing me think hard abount that;;;;;;;;

at first i thought wvu for sure, but baylor has a pretty darn good offense and the wvu defense is below average. I can see them scoring enough to keep this close.

The answer is no one can tell you the outcome of any game, but we all have opinions based on the analysis done.  WVU is obviously capable lighting up a scoreboard and Baylor isn't bad either so the line is very high at 82.

My opinion is that high lines like this usally do not get hit with overs.  It certainly can, but it requires a lot of long strike, cheap TDs.  If you have a couple of drives that eat much clock and come up empty, or result in a FG you are screwed.  I am not going to play the O/U but would go under if betting it.   I see the game  WVA  45   Baylor  24

2 very high powered top offensive teams meet up... I kind of had the feeling the total was going to be on the high side. Baylor is struggling on defense and that's not a good thing against a top offense like WVU.

I'm hoping for a shootout as both teams avg 47 plus points a game..

Over 83

Aloha and good luck to all

I’m with you here Irisheyez…  Baylor has too many weapons offensively to get by this many points.  I see a shoot out with both defenses out of gas by the half, but I “ain’t” messing with that Total at all.  With that said, put me down for Baylor plus the double digit chalk Alex Trebek please.  Thanks!
