#3 Posted: 9/17/2012 11:04:34 AM At the beginning of the season I would have taken Clemson and the 14 and put a lot of coins on it, now....not so much. The FSU defense has been all it was advertised to be and while it won't shut Clemson down totally, it will limit them significantly. By far the best test Clemson has seen, and will see, this season. FSU offense looks more explosive this year so I feel they can move the ball against the Clemson defense, which looks to be pretty average.
I also have doubts about how good Clemson really is after watching how bad Auburn is as a team in 2012. Going to study this one some more but looking like a strong lean to FSU. Would love the see the line come daown a point or two. |

#7 Posted: 9/18/2012 2:17:34 PM I feel like every yr fsu destroys the teams that have lesser athletes, but always struggle to win against athletes of similar caliber... I will be taking Clemson in this one. |

#9 Posted: 9/18/2012 10:23:48 PM This game was at FSU -8 when Cantor listed Games of the Year back in July. The line jump to -14 shows how much vegas respects FSU's D. I'm not totally convinced that Clemson can score more than 14 pts. This is bias but let's keep in mind: Generally speaking when 2 untested top 10 teams face off its usually a one-sided blowout. |

#10 Posted: 9/20/2012 11:24:15 AM Florida St. lets see Murray St 1-2 and the just pay us lots of money Savannah St 0-2 both FCS teams and a not so good Wake F. Clemson on the other hand 1 FCS team 1 Sec team and then Ball St put up a few points but better tested. Florida St at home helps but not much.
CLEMSON + 14.5 |

#11 Posted: 9/21/2012 11:05:42 AM FSU is coming off a 52-0 home shutout over a conference opponent. Now they're home again this week. That's an automatic play-against FSU for me regardless of the opponent or the spread. If it happens to be Clemson +14, sobeit.

With
that said, put me down for Clemson plus the two touchdown head start Alex

#17 Posted: 9/22/2012 7:29:40 PM FSU will score a bunch on the Tigers defense, question is can the Tigers score enough on FSU to keep in the margin ?
I'll lay the chalk here

The
Tigers defense is solid, just not enough speed on that side of the ball. As stated, to many NFL players on the
offensive side of the ball to spot them 14 points. Nice job Clemson and Over backers!
