UK has instituted a "black out" for this game to try to get some interest going for a matchup between two teams with losing records.  Still with UK's inept offense and, at times, porous defense, the lean here is to MSU.  The receivers for UK are still dropping passes in practice with regularity or the passes are 5 feet over their head.  The running game got going last week with the 3rd string running back against a Div 2 team (or whatever it is called now) while the passing game still barely had over 100 yards.  All MSU has to do is stuff the box and let Newton throw ints.  The total is a complete guess as it will take mistakes to go over the 41.5, but both offenses are pretty weak.
