Bigger Game for Georgia, the SEC has a chance to show their dominance right from the get go.
I might take a shot on the Dawgs to come up big in this one.
Early Lean----Georgia. |

#7 Posted: 8/6/2011 8:25:23 AM I think Boise will be a huge letdown this year. I dont think they will cover the usual monster spreads and they dont have as many dynamic players as in the past. I also think their defense especially in the secondary will be exposed. Georgia large! |

#9 Posted: 8/10/2011 11:32:33 AM I see the BoiseMania still lives even after they lose most of thier offensive and defensive playmakers.. Can U say "Bandwagon".. Ok Georgia wont be that strong either but lets "KEEP IT REAL FOLKS" a weak Georgia is far better than a weak Boise..

Not on the Boise St bandwagon as I am from Hawaii but I do see your point on some key losses but if I'm not mistaken coach Petersen who's record coaching BoiseSt is at 71-6.
Kellen Moore will be in his 4th year at starting QB and senior ALL-WAC tailback Doug Martin still can provide a lot of offense for the Broncos .Moore lost his targets but I'm sure he will find others or at least not have to feel that he has to carry the load.
Although it seems like Boise St relys on their high powered offense don't forget Boise St still has plenty of returning starters on that aggressive defense.
I see your point but I'm just stating mine Aloha and good luck |

#13 Posted: 8/12/2011 4:06:30 PM I think Broncos bring back better offense and defense . They lost to one of three ranked teams they played last season. They also only got sacked 8 times and delivered 49 sacks.Shea McClellin with 6.5 sacks and Chase Baker with 4.5 sacks return.
Bulldogs lost to all three ranked teams they played last season. They got sacked 25 times and delivered 24 sacks. Jim Houston who hurried the QB 44 times and Darryl Gamble who hurried the QB 15 times are gone.

#15 Posted: 8/15/2011 6:05:12 PM Remember what they did to Hawaii in that sugar bowl... Colt Brennen Ran for his life and Georgia pulled the starters in the 3rd..
Not sure about this one but I would love to see Georgia just abuse them.... and they probably will..

Sacks Off/Def. Bulldogs 25/24, Broncos 8/49.
ATS Bulldogs 5/8, Broncos 9/4.

L/Y Bowl games Bulldogs lost to UCF 6 to 10 ,and Broncos beat Utah ( a ranked school ) 26 to 3.
Coach Richt winning % at Georgia 73.8, Coach Petersen % at Boise St. 92.4
So if you go with L/Y the better team on:
Scoring its Broncos
Sacks - its Broncos
ATS - its Broncos
QB - its the Broncos
Bowl game - its Broncos
Winning Coach % - its Broncos

#19 Posted: 8/24/2011 1:10:41 AM This is a good game to watch. Boise is a great team amongst their peers. Georgia plays SEC teams. Lately, SEC teams captured the BCS championship games.
Good luck Boise |

#21 Posted: 8/29/2011 4:19:40 PM The Broncos are 0-4 against the SEC and I dont see that changing on Saturday. It's just a diffirent beast when u play the SEC ask Oregon. And dont get me wrong im a westcoast guy, just saying the SEC is the best conference in college fb hands down.. If u told Boise or any other college team to play Florida, LSU, Tennessee and Auburn in a season they would think u were mad..But they were smart this time around making this an indoors game.. Last time they played in Hotlanta they left burnt, beat-up and dazed. Geo 34 Boise 28.. Dont forget the Over!! |
