The only time I was on Houston this year was vs UCF.  Unreal.  Not missing again.  ECU won't know what hit them

Don't fall in love with Houston, They don't play Defense and will probably get manhandle in this one. Houston last lost to CFL who play good Defense and run the ball. ECU is a lot like CFL and even better.

Right on the money. Houston loses this game against a more physical team. Cougars-1 is the biggest trap line I ever saw in my life, and begging you to take Houston. My is on the homedog pirates.glta

ECU lost twice to ranked teams this year (North Carolina & Va Tech).  Neither contest was really that close either.  Theyve won 3 straight over average teams.  Probably gonna stay away from this one.

Sorry I cannot fall out of love for a Houston team that has been nice to me all season esp in the 1st half of their games.

Houston D playing much better as of late.  UH lost to UCF not because of poor defense but turnover by the offense.  When both teams are close in comparison, gotta go with the best player/difference maker on the field.  I will take Keenum!

Also, every1 looks at the yards UH defense gives up but they are only allowing 28 pts a game.  ECU only scores 26 pts a game so take the median average @ 27.  I know UH will score over 30+ pts.  UH 34 ECU 27

#1 Pass O v #86 Pass D for starters.Even if EC tries to slow down the momentum and keep it on the ground,UH will get it back eventually and score quickly,even more so now than before.Bowls - Name Recognition - TV time.Its all the same for every program and recruiting for next year is always a priority so finishing strong this year is a must.Coogs have seen the light and want more.The UCF game was a reality check and pays off here with a win.

I am also taking Under 70 pts as well. It seem too high for a ECU game. They will play smash mouth football and keep Houston Offense on the sideline.

ECU is 86th in pass defense and look who they have played---no one that can pass the ball.  Houston slings it all over the field and wins 40-27

ECU plays a "bend but don't break" offense.  They are fine giving up yards between the 20's but rank #4 in the nation in Red Zone defense.  
This is the kind of information that is masked by pass defense rankings.  You need to peel the onion back a bit more.

ECU has held its last 9 opponents to 21 or less.
