LSU's D will have to play great to give them a shot, and they are capable ........
It will probably come down to how well LSU's D plays against McCluster and the Rebels' offense because I would be shocked if LSU's offense lit up the scoreboard against Ole Miss's defense.

Definitely going Ole Miss on this one. Exactly like last year's ending in terms of Ole Miss being a team you DO NOT want to play at the end of the year. The Heisman trophy winner is actually playing at Ole Miss (McCluster), but he won't get it since bonehead Nutt didn't give him the ball for a few games. This guy is the most electrifying player in football right now and he won't be stop.... heck.... I don't even know if you can contain that speed. Ole Miss wins by 11...... 24-13.

Ole Miss does seem to play significantly better at home for some reason. its like they are a completely different team. -But take away the loss to Bama, and the home wins are all against crap (SoLA, UAB, NARI) or young/immature teams (ARK, TENN) and they lost to 2 young teams in SC & AUB on the road.
Tenn' team was very much affected Mentally/Emotionally by the 3 jackasses that tried to rob somebody in their car in a gas station parking lot with an air gun, and YES, they were sporting UT labeled gear while they made this brilliant decision. 2 of them played significantly.
LSU did suffer some really bad injuries to RB, QB, TE, & Center during that loss to BAMA . RB is lost for the season, but I dont know how well these other key players have recovered. DOES ANYBODY KNOWMORE -QB Jefferson did dress last week, but freshman Lee started and played
LSU only 2 losses came from FL & AL, but they were at home.
I think I have to go with "The Hat" (Les Miles) in this one vs Houston Nutt, even though they are road dogs. They had a cupcake game last week.
LSU's D keeps it real close and they cover if not win. They are that good. watch their O & D Lines play.
***barring their injuries still arent that bad***

Few things to consider...
