ohio coming off a bye getting some points? ill take that...the thing that impress me about ohio is that they played very good against Tennesse and i like them in this spot.

Buffalo is coming off a short week and Ohio is just off a bye week. Both teams are pretty mediocre in the MAC, so if you can stay away from this game. Better ones coming up later this week. But if you have to play it, I'd take Ohio small.

Billy don't give twit......golfing & Real Estate is his game...
Besides the lines are to tight, his puter system no work
I know, I'm just busting on the Billy-mania on these threads recently. A couple of points on Billy Walters
First, Billy became famous as part of the Computer Group in the '80s. This group placed bets based on a computer program written by a geek named Michael Kent. Billy never made his own picks. He just moved the money and ran the organization which placed the bets. In fact, Billy was so bad at making his own picks that, before moving to Vegas, he lost $500,000 in profits from a used-car dealership that he owned in Kentucky. Rumor was that he owed thousands before joining the Computer Group.
There were several arrests from 1985 to 1987 for bookmaking and tax evasion, but no conveictions (that I could find) of Billy Walters. Billy left the computer group in 1986, claiming that he was cheated by Dr. Ivan Mindlin, another pinciple in the organization. Billy continued to make a gambling living from his name - he could still swing a line one way by placing a bet, and then re-bet the other side.
In the last decade I haven't heard much about Billy. I thought that he had retired (like you said, golf and real estate are better bets). I wouldn't doubt that he still throws down a few bucks, just for the kicks. But certainly not the number of games that are reported here (actually, most professional bettors don't bet that many games - they cherry pick). And even if he was still active, everyone uses a computer now and he'd have no advantage.
Finally, do you really think that a guy with his experience would be using the same runner and the same place every time? Not unless he wanted the word out that "Billy Walters" made a bet (so the line would be effected).
All in all, have fun with the Billy-said stuff, but be forewarned that you gonna lose if you just follow blindly what-Billy-did. Just my take on Billy-mania.

Buffalo at 3-6, has beat only 3-win UTEP, a 1AA team and 2-7 Akron. They’ve lost their other four conference games, including some middling teams like W Michigan and Bowling Green.OK, their offense has looked good in the last two games, but there has been no D.
Ohio is 6-3, with two of those loses coming to the big boys (U Conn and Tennessee) - so they are 5-1 against their peers. Most of their conference wins are against the bottom feeders, but they’ve won three on the road.Good D, but the offense can struggle.
Buffalo’s season is basically done.Ohio needs this win to stay in contention for the division title (big game against Temple in two weeks).
I don’t see any statistical mis-matches, historical trends or injuries to primary players.Weather is predicted cold, but clear, and both teams play in the cold.
Looks to me like Buffalo D allows a couple of TDs and Ohio D pulls out a close one.So why is Buffalo favored? And why are 70% of the public following them?Any ideas?

I can see why people are pulling for Ohio after watching how pathetic Buffalo against Bowling Green Last week losing the game that they should have won. I am taking Buffalo on this game. What so fishy? They are giving a point. I guess history repeat itself tomorrow night.BOL.

Leaning with Buff at home with a low spread. I don't know about the Under BigD, total is only 45 pts , unless it rain dogs and cats tomorrow, I just might lay off.. BOL

Both these teams suck and are inconsistent. Buffalo descent at home and OU sucks on the road. Lean Buff. but taking a side in this game is most definitely gambling! I'll play the total only if I like it.

The road comment was in error on OU. They lost to Kent State at home too boot when I had them in a multi-team ML parlay and cost me a lot. I can't forget that game. Tenessee was still gelling when OU kept it close as was UCONN. Maybe they have turned the corner and are playing to potential. If so, they should beat Buffalo which is still my initial lean...for just a few bucks! I have no confidence in OU to show up here.
