Callaros is a great college QB. I know it's been 1.5 games but he looks confident and seems like a playmaker. Syracuse isn't going to bother Callaros or Pike.. LOVE CINN this week...

You would think the #10 pass offense vs the #115 pass defense would get a larger spread than this?

Cincy's one weakness seems to be against power run teams, see OreSt and Fresno St.  which Syracuse couldnt be farther from. 

I absolutely hate to lay big chalk, but I can't see how this one is close.

Bearcats are looking real good this year even with their backup QB.
Cinci got this one all the way especially since they're still climbing that BCS ladder....  Lock CINCI in at 14.5 now if you can, Cinci wins but maybe only by 17.

Over 51 is the best play IMO. Kind of a fishy line. Public on Cincy but the line is dropping in my book.

Cincy should cover with no problem.  Collaras is too much to handle for Cuse D. Spread is lower cuz Pike is out .  Would take them up to -19. anything over i would be scared. I know S. Florida's D is over rated but they are still good.  If they can put up food numbers on them don't see why they cant double it against cuse.  Paulus will make his way into the game late and throw a couple pics.  ok maybe a few

Syracuse has held some good teams this year.  They are a scrappy team.  They'll right on the mark.  -14.5  31-17

Cincy owns these guys......they just have too much for them to deal with.  It's that simple.  I don't like giving up that many points on the road to a team that could put up mid 20's on a good day......but Cincy really has a very underated defense.

Great post. Couldn't agree more even though Pike is doubtful to play.

I would put Syracuse in the same category as Louisville...horrible. Cincinnati gave -17 to L'ville at home so even though -15 seems like a trick it makes sense. Speaking of sense, use some common sense and go with the better team. A friend asked me the other day if Cincinnati was giving 21 this weekend who would you take??  That's a no brainer....Bearcats all the way. This could be a 17 point Cincy lead by halftime

Thanks for the info.  I am actually going ot take Cinci -14.5 (good call phan card)... but my reasoning is based on stats that half of Cuse's o-line will get injured sliping down some stairs and/or forget how to walk on wet pavement as they enter the CARRIER DOME????

I checked the stats, Cinci has the best record of all teams for non-injuries when it comes to entering a dome through a wet entrance (due to breezy showers mainly).

Actually, Cinci is perfect when it comes to injuries not occurring while entering a dome in winds above 10 mph.

So The Nati, continues the streak tomorrow and beats Cuse like the non BCS deserving Big Easy team that they are....bc nobody falls and gets hurt walking into the Dome in wind and rain.
