U-conn cost me  at N.Carolina and they got their butt's kicked ,because I forgot that QB Tyler was out.He's no going to return until about late Nov.

No so fast, when it looks to good to be true, it almost always is.  My advice is to hit Rut--HARD!!!!

It's Rutgers turn to have a nice game.  Uconn isn't all that......and the castoff QB from ND, Zak Frasier isn't the answer for this average team from a week, very week conference.  Teel is a solid QB, but the defense has struggled big this year.  They will be ready to play a good game at home on Saturday.  Wait to play it right before game time and you will get a few extra points as a home dog I believe.

I think the Huskies can bounce back from that Carolina loss.
They are playing a team that they have had success with in the past. (5 - 0 - 1 ATS last 6---   3 - 0 ATS at Rutgers)

were talking about a 5-1 team v.s. a 1-5 team??? shouldn;t the line be like 7? sounds like an easy cover to me?

I dont think its dat easy heavygunner, if Uconn were so much better, then the line would have been like 7 or more, but according to the spread something is wrong with Uconn and we'll find out what is after the game.

Since I live in the nyc metro area I watch both of these big east teams play each week. Rutgers has really regressed this year on both sides of the ball. Teel has underachieved and cannot get the ball to any of his receivers. Also hurting Rutgers is the loss of Ray Rice which has made a definite impact in the running game. Even though Conn is coming off a stinker vs N carolina I am taking my chances with the more talented uconn squad. Conn is coming off bye is well rested and should be ready to go. Donald Brown should put up at least 150 yards vs that Rutgers D.( unbelievably Rutgers has not forced 1 turnover against a Div 1 team yet) Uconn covers here by at least a td.  Uconn -1

I love Rutgers in this game, it is my favorite of the morning...

Rutgers plays well under Schiano as a home underdog, and the program really needs a win, especially against a team at the top of the big east like Uconn... The spread is suspiciously low for a 5 win team vs a 1 win, and Uconn without their star QB...

Teel has struggled but is due for a breakout game.

Rutgers has that stench of a team that's burned . Comparing both of these teams last 3 games however, Rutgers D is much improved avg 12 vs 21 for the season, covering the last two at WV and Cinn. Meanwhile, Conn D has gone the other way the last 3 games, giving up an avg 29 points vs 21 for the season, failing to cover 2 out of the last 3 games.

If you like trends, Off a conf loss, Rut is 6-1 ats and as an underdog is 8-2 last 3 years.

I'll be looking at Rutgers to play well and win.
