In the Athlon Sports College Basketball book previews, for the Big East predictions that Pittsburg finishes #10th and the Friars finish #15th within the league,  Friars beat the Panthers last season,  I believe that revenge is in order AND i THINK SENIOR NIGHT FOR THEM TOO.

Total (148.5) is very interesting for this game.  Already dropped 3 points.  Providence's scores in last 4 games are near-NBA scores.  Meanwhile, Pitt's average for and against last 4 games is 63 to 62.

Factor in the fact that Providence has one of worst scoring defenses in land  (81.2 per game; 85.7 per game in Big East), and Pitt has the best scoring defense in Big East but is also one of lowest-scoring teams (68.2) as well--and seems game could go way over or way under total.  Vegas sees it as about 80 to 69. 

I'm sure a few of you out there can solve the puzzle.  I like the Under, but not sure if it's worth the wager....
