Well, Cappers and Cappets?
Can he do it?
Danza, Commanding Curve, Dance With Fate and a pile of other closers will be gunning for him!
Let's start the dialogue.......

If Social Inclusion didn't force Victor's hand at the 1/2 mile pole he (CC) would have ran away from Ride On Curlin in the stretch.
Rosario was working hard on RoC while Victor was simply showing the stick to CC.

That is the perfect analysis about this horse to start the discussion. Let's break it down because each of Phil's points is most valid:
He will be over bet (as he was today...4-5?)
Let's see how he comes out of this one (throat?)
Agreed.....My guess is at least 12 in it. Maybe a few of the New Yorkers will enter?
He is truly versatile, which gives him a real chance in NY
"Others need to fly late....he don't"

I think you're right....Social Inclusion was so washed out and nervous that he came out of the gate sloppy. The jock needed to get him into it at that moment, otherwise he might have lost him completely.

Exactly, he was washed out and goin a bit crazy. The 1/2 mile move was obviously too early on Rosario's part but I think he knew there wasn't much horse under him for a stretch duel with CC. The early move obviously hurt both Social Inclusion and Chrome's chances...but Chrome showed his push button speed coming around the turn to open up and still gain that cushion needed to fend of a closer. And the last 16th Victor was simply showing him the whip which made the margin of victory look a bit closer. Doubt RoC would have passed him had they gone another 300-400yds...but that's just my opinion.

I watched the replay and ROC was just about starting to suck wind as he approached CC about 150 feet from the finish.
I need to read the chart when it comes out....he just might be a touch or two under the 1-1/2 mile distance....a long way from 1-3/16.

Yeah, Kursh. The guy (Victor) has been hiding the past few years and comes back from the dead with CC. Just like Mike Smith, who I thought was done 6, 7 years ago.
Chris Antley was the same way when he came back for his Charismatic year. Desormeux came back...for a while....now he's back in the wood shed.
Victor has been a master's master!
