Tennessee has been very fortunate to be here and LSU has looked a lot better.... I really like LSU and the stanford game could be interesting if uconn leaves stan shooters open like they did rutgers

LSU should take Tennessee in my opinion. Candace parker is the best player in women's college hoops but she is not 100%. She disloctaed her shoulder in the last game against Texas A&M and was in obvious pain. She willed herself back to the game and the shoulder went out on her again. She did come back to play again. Now this is her off shooting arm but this type of injury will continue to haunt her until she takes care of it or strengthens it. Everytime she re-injures the shoulder it will get worse and more painful. Lsu is a physiucal team that will definetly try to be physical with Parker.
LSU has already beat the Vols once this year and it was by 16 in Tennessee. Tenneesse did come back to beat LSu but only by 6 and Parker had a monster game....26 points.
Now the UCONN game is tougher to call. The Huskies have already beat Stanford and it was by 16 earlier in the season. Only 4 teams all year have kept the score within single digits in their games vs. UCONN. I believe their only common opponent is Rutgers which Stanford beat the in the regular season and UCONN has played Rutgers twice spliting the results. UCONN's best player is a freshman Maya Moore while Stanford is lead by senior Wiggins. Wiggins has been the best player in WNCAA lately and Stanford has the big bodies to contain the paint. I would have to take the points in a high scoring game....

Have to agree with jthollywood on the fact that the Uconn-Stanford is going to be high scoring. I think rather than even taking either side, the best bet is the overs in this game. Wiggins for Stanford has become the first player ever to score over 40 pts twice in an NCAA tournament. She put up 44 pts in the 2nd round against Texas-El Paso, then 41 pts against Maryland last week.
