Midwest:

Kansas vs Oregon

I think Oregon's speed and pressure will bear out, clutch perimeter shooting. Oregon makes it from the Midwest.

Wisconsin vs Baylor/So Car

I like Wisconsin to win vs either So Car or Baylor. I think the SEC is underrated.
Wisconsin from the East.

West:

Gonzaga vs Arizona  Gonzaga looks like men vs boys. They are used to Arizona bball, and their usual case of nerves will not undo them.

Gonzaga from the West

South:

The toughest bracket full of tradition rich schools.

Butler vs UNC. The ACC has looked overrated. UNC looked like they were very fortunate on every call with 5 min to go, and went on a 12-0 run when down by 5. Have to fade UNC vs a physical Butler team a notch above Arkansas. Butler in a mild upset.

UCLA will win again ve Kentucky. Lonzo Ball is the real deal. UCLA has all the ingredients. UCLA vs Butler. Taking UCLA in a DD win.
UCLA from the South

FINAL FOUR:

UCLA
Gonzaga
Oregon
Wisconsin

I'd put Kansas over the ducks.......Oregon won't able to hang for 40 mins.

Arizona over Gonzaga.......the guard play will be the difference.

Will be hard for Oregon playing in Kansas City, MO, and a huge advantage for the jayhawks. The other game venue that bothers me is UCLA playing UK in Tenn--obvious advantage.

So Car took advantage of state home court--fans cheered them on that 2nd H.

I think NC will make it. They had a terrible game today but the were ice cold shooting.

UNC showed (as has every ACC team today--Louisville, Duke, and UNC) they have problems with physical teams. Arky, Mich and So Car were big post dominated teams that crash the boards. Butler is the same type of bruising team, good on the glass. I will take the +7.

FINAL FOUR:

UCLA
Gonzaga
Oregon
Wisconsin

This has been a crazy year in sports and politics with a lot of glass ceiling shatters--Chicago Cubs--Leicester in the EPL--ATL Falcons (not---argh lost in OT) Donald Trump wins as a non-politician,Brexit (unbelievable world event)...

Gonzaga would be the biggest upsetter of these four.

I say Florida in the finals if they BEAT Wisconsin!
Then most likely, they'll face NC!

Plausible.

Yet UK will have no answer for Lonzo Ball. The whole world will see, especially the east coasters, who he is, and the special player he is--assists, passing extraodinaire, 3 point shooter, leader.

UK 's road ends here.

The problem with trying to beat Gonzaga is that they are very physical. I don't like the lack of success from Gonzaga when they face top ranked teams, and Zona is top ten. Record is abysmal. I see Zags losing to either one of three PAC12 schools. I just don't have success betting against them, and I don't think I'm the only one. Their ATS is one of the best in the field.

Kentucky looks like the much better team compared to UCLA to me right now. despite losing at home earlier to them. They are putting everything together at the right time IMO and will take care of business

Will be a great game. All of UK's losses are in single digits (exc Florida) and to Tourney teams still playing (exc Tenn loss by 2 on the road). Malik Monk is everything to the UK offense. Calipari usu has a go-to player that gets 75% of the first options in set plays. Monk is that player.

So when you say the "better TEAM," you have to side with a TEAM that shares the ball and has several DD scorers. And UCLA had 6 DD scorers, all even, in their win over UK. Very few teams run with UK and survive the night. Bold move, but the way UCLA distributes the ball to the correct option was evident vs Cincy, and they could not keep up.

Will be THE GAME to watch on Friday.

Gonzaga may have to play UCLA. So it is like an extended West Final. Imagine Gonzaga having to beat Arizona, then UCLA. Not sure they would have enough left for a Final, even if they made it to that point.

East is torn usunder.

Half of all brackets had Duke in the Final Four. Florida seems to me the best team out of the SEC, and the SEC is doing remarkeably well in this Tourney. If Arky gets the calls late, they would have swept the ACC today.

Oregon is dangerous, but even their coach worries about their consistency. Playing Kansas in Missouri might be tough to do, and maybe Self has the easier road for any #1 seed.

Oregon won't make it past the next round. Books has Michigan favored tells you something.

After watching Oregon in person tonight @ Sacramento, I have to say while I am impressed by their athleticism and size, they do have weaknesses. Especially from the charity stripe.

I think Michigan is clicking on all Cylinders right now and have a good chance to beat Oregon. Especially without Boucher in there. Oregon thrives off length, and Zac Irvin and the German kid have the length to match.

That Being said, I see Kansas using their homecourt edge to dance easily all the way to the Final Four.

No one is beating KU in the Midwest.

In the South we get the UCLA/Kentucky rematch. I call revenge and think Kentucky takes down UCLA, especially since one of their big men is not 100%. I don't see Welsh playing well at all against Abedayo. Butler could pose some problems for UNC, but I think UNC bounces back after a lackluster game against Arkansas.

In the end I have a more experienced UNC beating Tucky

The East is busted in my bracket completely, but I think It'll be Florida versus Baylor in the end.

I have Baylor beating Florida in a close game.

Finally the West. WVU is going to give Gonzaga a lot of trouble. But I think the Zags will have a lot more fans at that arena, and it should be a pretty crazy atmosphere. Also WVU is making it's 1st West Coast trip of the year, so it'll be tough for them to acclimate. Xavier is a nice little story, but Arizona is going to pulverize them. I could see Arizona beating Xavier by 20+.

In the final game, I think Gonzaga beats Arizona once again. Too much Depth for the Bulldogs!

Could be.

It is also a good spot for a Big Ten school, good locale/venue, and yet I think both Mich schools have been overrated, while Ore has looked like a contender from the start.

I can sum up everything you said in one sentence: "All the higher seeds will win out."

Got it.

KU has the easiest road now. Purdue doesn't scare, athough a Big10 school, not as much as a Mich or Wisc.

Oregon needs a two game consistent effort, and to me they're as good as what I've seen., 5 on 5.

UNC a bit more physical and much more of an inside presence than Duke, and more skilled and proven players than Louisville. I think lack of a proven scorer down the stretch who can take the ball and get you a great look whenever is the biggest weakness IMO.
