I'm at work, refreshing my online betting page, and a Kentucky line popped up there, pre-game, at -7.5
Initially, I was thinking WV would cover the spread, so I was thinking of leaning towards Kentucky because ... well -7.5 at -110 was a bargain. I thought about it for too long (I even refreshed the page a couple of times within the span of almost two minutes) and eventually it disappeared. I obviously should've JUMPED at that line, but I thought it might've been telling of something I didn't know the answer of.
Anyone offer any insight as to why it might've popped up that way for a moment? Does that indicate any kind of line movement that I should've read into?

it was a mistake, was for the first half spread. There is absolutely nothing that can happen to make the spread go from 13.5 to 7.5, simple as that. Don't need to look into anything.

I see. I had never seen an in-game line show up for a game that hadn't started before. There was no indication it was for the 1st half, but that line does match up; so it make sense.

Yeah, I'm always reading about that on here. But also wondered what might've been up with that when it came to reading between the lines for the spread. Mclatchy answered that one for me.
