Tomorrow night..I think Creighton will sucker Duke into a high scoring high possession game with McDermott starring against Ryan Kelly..You're going to see a combined 60 three point shots attempted with Creighton hitting a few more for the win..Creighton will also be able to match up Greg Echinique with Plumlee down low..The Bluejays pull the upset and the Missouri Valley moves to 4-0 in the NCAA tournament..

I dont think Creighton prefers a high scoring game against Duke. They have a much faster team and will kill them on breakaways. Still undecided on this game will likely me my late night degen special

Sucker was not the right word to use..but Creighton games usually end up on the higher end as they do not emphasize much defense, but shoot the lights out..we shall see..

I did not mean a total run and gun, because as you said Duke would run them out of the gym, just a crisp type of pace..but as I said we'll see..

I think Duke clamps down and wins by 10-15.  But I see your angle, good luck.

Duke is gonna kill Creighton.  Creighton only has 1 guy to score, after him it's over.  Your not gonna beat Duke with 1 guy shooting everything.  This ain't Illinois State or nothin.

These teams with only 1 good player on it is not enough.  Same thing happened to South Dakota St. against Michigan.  They stopped Wolters and that was all she wrote.

This Duke -5 is a gift from the gambling gods, you better take advantage and go with Duke.

doug mcdermott, now there's a guy who can be for real.  he may or may not be a lottery pick, but his projection currently is to go in the top 20.  can he play defense at the SF position?  Well he can shoot the 3 pointer and make his free throws.  He shoots at a very high percentage.  If he can have the matt harpring type mentality he can turn into a lottery pick.  He needs to have a great game vs duke.  But he's gotta show a tough chin by taking shots, not like the crybaby kelly olynyk today.  It's so obvious he has great offensive talent, but he's going to have to learn how to punk people like john stockton did.

mike dunleavy and jimer fredette are too soft.  It look kevin love a while but he has really surprised me.  cherokee parks and christian laetner were also great college basketball players, why couldn't they make it in the nba?  because they don't know how to box people out.  They can't take any punches or cheap shots.  I'm sorry but there is a fight underneath the basket and you're going to get knocked around.  metta world peace is going to come right after you but you can't let people like him get in your face, just stand your ground and show the rest of the league how stout you are, david lee is another one that doesn't take any crap.  There aren't enough people like him so we'll see about doug mcdermott in the duke game tomorrow and in the nba.

I'll say that I hope so. But if you watched Creighton's guards, you'd think twice before trusting them. They nearly cost a cover, and the game by their tentaiveness, their stupid dribbling into confusion and turnovers at key moments. To beat Duke you need exceptional guard play. McDermott will get his 25 + points, no problem. But Curry will eat those guards alive. I hope Creighton does it, but from what I saw, -5 is waaay too easy for Duke.

Creighton has more than one guy lol. Sure Doug McDermott is by far the best player on the team but it takes more than one player to win. Gibbs played awful but without Wragge making all those threes and Enchenique controlling the paint and getting all those rebounds against cincy Creighton doesn't win. It's not just Doug McDermott Creighton other four starters aren't bad.

Although id like to see dookie lose, i think the trend of exposing the midmajor teams continues, with dook rolling.

Creighton beating cincy isnt a big accomplishment, cincy not a great team, doesnt play smart,

Gl though

in about 3 hours or less from now, we are about to see just who will be doing the dougie with confidence or not.  Yo' doug mcdermott are you for real or not?  if you have a great game tonight vs duke, i guarantee that your stock can turn into a top 10 pick.  It does not look like creighton will be victimized by the refs today because too many people are on duke tonight.  it's a good chance creighton upsets duke tonight if you ask me but we'll see

on a separate note, poor him.  i feel that he is going to be so great in the nba.  The right coach/system can make him into a star.  he's the real deal, just under rated right now i feel.  but who knows what his attitude really is
