Pitt -2 is a joke ... Vegas has made a huge mistake!

Marquette is overrated. They built up an 8-3 record in the BE by beating bad teams. Break down the games against teams that are good:

@ FL L

vs BUT L

vs Wisc W

vs UConn W (OT)

vs Gtown W

@ Pitt W (OT)

@ Cinci L

@ Lville L

@ gtown L

So 4-5 and 3 of those 4 wins came in either OT or by 1 point.

There is also the revenge factor for Pitt here. Pitt has been improving, while Marquette has been going the other way. Again- look at the big game list and they've lost the last 3. meanwhile Pitt is 7-1 in it's last 8 including wins vs UConn, vs Cuse, and @ Cinci. Adams is really turning into a legit big man.

Come on folks ..... just because Marquette is at home doesnt mean they are going to win...... Pitt has one of the best defenses in the counry .... robinson is shut down late in the 2nd game .... steven adams is becoming more comfortable on the court..... its very simple ... if pitt hits their free throws at the end of the game they should pull away 2nd half and i expect that to happen today ... pitt is on a roll and dixon wont let the panthers lose to this team twice

Pitt alum, might be biased, but their a different team last 6-7 games. Adams & Zanna are dominating the inside lately, two big strong guys. Also, their 10 deep. So they never get tired from presses ect....With the presence of the inside, Pitt getting more open 3's, Woodall, Patterson, Johnson.....

Marquette is so tough @ home.....But they beat Pitt @ the right time, Pitt lost next game to Rutgers? They were trying to figure things out then. Now Pitt is the better team, whether it transoies today @ Marquette, tough call, bc of Marquette playing @ home. Pitt will need to jump on them early, & avoid getting into a running game. Pitt far better in half court game than Marquette...
