LSU will get their first road SEC win today and I'm banking for them to cover against MSU. LSU has been playing better their last 3 games posting a 2-1 mark while covering all three games. They played their hearts out @ Kentucky in 5pt loss then came back this week and beat #18 Missouri at home as a 4.5 pt dog. JOB III is a guy who will give MSU trouble on the boards and if he stays out if foul trouble should post another double double today. MSU is really bad. They've lost 5 straight contest including a 5 point overtime loss to A&M where they failed to score 50. They've scored less than 50 three times in their 5 game losing streak

Veteran Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 3919 Location: Louisiana	#3 Posted: 2/2/2013 11:17:11 AM A few other tidbits I picked up from TD While LSU has been lights out only turning it over on average only 11 time in the last three games, Mississippi State is averaging 21 turnovers over their last three. LSU will look to capitalize on the Bulldogs lack of maturity and play tough pressure defense. LSU has done much better recently in their half-court option and will be good even if they cannot get out in transition. LSU's Anthony Hickey, who exploded for 20 against Missouri, leads LSU with 12.6 points per contest. He has scored in double figures in ten straight and is averaging 14.7 per SEC contest. Johnny O'Bryant has been spectacular in his last four contests and has four consecutive double doubles. He is averaging 16.3 points and 11.8 rebounds in those contests. Mississippi State will try and stop both O'Bryant and Hickey from having productive games.

They either come out strong and fade in the 2nd losing a cover or get rattled in the first just to play catchup in the 2nd. Revenge factor in play after being beat at home the last contest @ home by 15 pt favs. Gun to my head I'd take Kentucky. gL Adding small play on a heating up Denver squad. Always worried about them being away from home but they have proven to me they can so it. Denver -10.5
