Yacker - I think this game is similar to the Creighton matchup from last year in the NCAA's. Yes, OSU does not play particularly inspiring defense, but ultimately you have to put the ball in the bucket to win games. OSU has a variety of zones it can deploy to force Alabama to win the game from the outside. At MSG, a difficult to place to shoot, that seems like a tall order. This Beaver team has so many intriguing pieces and from what I read yesterday and today this could very well be their long-awaited coming-out party.

I have been doing some reading as well and I can see where you are coming from. I know they lost Cunningham but Bama losing Green is the bigger deal here. I do think Bama will get after them on defense and this is a game where Jacobs can score in the paint for Bama. Lacy is playing with a lot of confidence and I expect Releford to play well also. I just think there are too many unknowns to make a play here on the side but that UNDER looks pretty good. The thing that worries me there is Grant may try and extend the defense because he knows that his team will struggle in the halfcourt. In the comeback over South Dakota St they did it with fullcourt pressure. I also could see Oregon State cleaning the glass in a big way. I would lean UNDER and Oregon St but I will lay off and root for the Tide. Good luck to you!

Dayton 2H +2 (1 unit)

Admittedly I may not have a complete feel for the game as I am watching it in class with the sound off but Dayton played about 16 of the 20 minutes without Dillard. Provided he does not pick up an early third foul, the offense should start operating more efficiently. Oliver/Benson holding up well inside against Roberson.

Like this card quite a bit. It will be my largest of the season thus far.

Dayton +3 (1 unit)
Oregon State +2.5 (1 unit)
Western Carolina +17.5 (1 unit)
UMASS -9 (1 unit)

May add another unit to the Beavers but I want to see where the line goes.

Leans:
nOVA +2, Cal Poly -3, Akron-OK State 1H Under 65, USM-Georgia Under 125

Like the Western Carolina play Jfen. Wichita St is off monster win @ VCU with a quick turn around. They looked very impressive vs. the Rams but this line looks inflated with all the new faces on the Shockers' roster

Added:

UMASS -8 (1 unit)

This could be tight at half but the Minutemen pressure should prove cumulative as the second half moves along. Just not sure Providence could be effective trying to play in the halfcourt, especially w/o Council.

Glad you answered Nova. I am looking at Valpo as I believe Neb lost alot of key players from last year. Any thoughts about this game

It would be lovely to salvage a 3-6 day. November typically my worst month.
