local book. opened at 6.5 didn't see it bounce to 7 went strait to 7.5

My last book my agent was a real slow payer so while using them I got close with a guy who answered the phone He e mailed me and said call this guy diff book they will take care of you..Iam up $1400 with this new book since Sat and I just called and said no more till  9am  so GL  I couldnt get this one in ..I told this new book you guys suck have my agent call me   I will cash out  I was always happy with 5 dimes and Heritage

It opened at 9.5,2 1/2 point moves so far.
O/U is 64.5,that is low imo.
