JFEN, you gonna try to middle the butler/penn under with such a low 1st half?

21.5 point middle on a low total. Lots of missed shots inside...

I hedged after Kermit got the T. Had a feeling they would turn it up after Tennessee had pushed the lead out. Didn't expect a full-blown comeback, but damn, that was impressive.

3/19 Final Card
Butler @ UPenn Under 122.5 (1 unit)
Butler @ UPenn 2H Over 64 (0.75 units)
Wyoming +3 @ Washington State (1 unit)
TCU @ Oregon State Over 160 (1 unit)
(Live) Tennessee ML +125 (0.75 units)
(Live) Middle Tennessee +8.5 (0.75 units)

Oddly enough, I got everything I wanted from Wyoming. Snail pace, bad Wazzu offense, no transition points. But the 'Pokes couldn't throw it in the ocean if they were standing on the beach. Oh well. Solid night otherwise.

Tuesday Lean:
Rice +6

Not playing it, but looking forward to it as much as any game this year. I'll try and get together a writeup tomorrow for those who are considering a bet. I've seen both teams 12+ times and have some thoughts on how it might play out. Leaning a certain way?

Yep. I like UMass. Just seems like they are really playing at a high level right now and have a good chance of winning outright so the points is like an added bonus. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Looks good. I wouldn't rule out Ohio winning if Marshall doesn't go, but you should be OK. Kentucky at a PK is more appealing to me than Indiana +18.

Oregon @ Washington Under 155 (1 unit)

I'm looking to play Drexel but had hoped to snag a -6. Didn't happen, so we'll see if an opportunity emerges via live betting. Writeup forthcoming on the game a bit later as I'm really excited for this one...

Tell me please what am I missing here on not playing the under. Wow thats a large number did you think it would be at 141? From what I have seen with your conference these teams are very explosive offensively however how many points will they be able to score against this defense. Vegas says -8 if thats the case any shootout and Drexel is done. If they play there game and limit possesions I cant see this getting over even if they hit a high % of 3's. Now I know you have a wealth of knowledge about these teams and that is why I am asking this question. Any help is always appreciated and good luck on the under tonite with Oregon and Wash.

BOL today JFen-

I'm leaning hard to the Drexel/UMass under, and I think you are on the right side of the Oregon/UW total, but I want to wait on that one.

Also leaning Rice +6 and Rice over 159....... any thoughts on this game?

I also really liked Drexel tonight at -6.5. Strange line movement going to -8? Everything I'm looking at shows public on UMass.

The last two UMass games had this same characteristic and UMass won both straight up so I probably won't touch.....

Either way, I'm routing for Drexel, but I like both teams......

Both prior head to heads totalled approx 137, huge increase here to 155, usually in a case like that, would play the over. your thoughts on the under

Very tough to place to play. Not sure about the shooting. I was there once and there's nothing out of the ordinary about the sightlines. The crowd is really close to the action and Drexel is pretty freaking good on their own court. Here's a picture if you've never seen it, although it's worth nothing that there won't be any empty seats tonight:

It really all depends if Drexel decides to play UMass' game. Kellogg played for Flint at UMass and the two are very close friends, so there won't be any secrets on either side. I'd be surprised if Bruiser plays the up-tempo game, especially in his own building. In addition to playing two games against a VCU squad that employs a similar (better defensively) style, Drexel also scrimmaged UMass prior to the season, so none of this will be new. UMass lives and dies by the three, which is the strength of the Drexel defense. If this game ends up being played in the halfcourt, two things happen: a) Drexel wins and b) It stays under. I just don't think I can hazard a guess as to how Drexel chooses to approach it. They were sped up by VCU in the second game and ended up taking some quick shots, but that was essentially a road game and the crowd had quite a bit to do with it.

Think Washington is a better pick.  Aside from Stanford, these are the only Pac-12 teams left and they usually beat up on each other every chance they get.  Lot at stake here for recruiting and momentum for next year.  I think Wash, with revenge, gets a big, convincing win here.
